Our townhome at Newpark brings the luxury and comfort of home to a beautiful mountain setting. The first floor of the townhome is gorgeously decorated with high-end finishes, including wood floor, stainless appliances fit for the best of cooks, granite, a flat-screen TV and DVD, a cozy and stylish living room that overlooks the Swaner Nature Preserve, and best of all, a breathtaking view of the Wasatch Mountains. The patio includes a hot tub that is perfect for those mountain nights after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, hiking, boating or any other adventure that you will find in Park City! There is also a full bathroom downstairs for your guests that may want to use the convertible sofa bed.
The second story of the townhome has two master suites (one king, one queen) with vaulted ceilings, their own full bathrooms and flat screen TVs. Between the two suites, there is a special den just for a set of bunk beds (double on the bottom, twin on the top) with linens that inspire the best mountain sleep!
A crib is available if needed, as is a baby gate for the stairs for our youngest Newpark guests.
This townhome is perfect for families or friends looking for luxurious comfort in the mountains within steps of it all.
