Welcome to our brand new family home overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir, located just three minutes to the Deer Crest Gondola of Deer Valley Ski Resort. The location feels remote when you look out of the large picture windows that cover the back of the home to a stunning lake view but it is literally ten minutes to all that Park City has to offer--from the history of Main Street attractions and the urban feel of New Park, to the three, major area ski resorts (Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons and Deer Valley).
Construction was complete in the summer of 2011 on our four bedroom, 4 bath home + a spacious game room. Immediately upon entering the front door, you will notice that no expense was spared on the finishes and furnishes in this home. Gorgeous and warm wood floor covers the great room, kitchen and entry way. The great room is spacious and features a large, gas fireplace, HD flat screen TV/DVD, custom leather, sectional sofa and an additional seating area with two comfortable chairs by the fireplace.
The spacious and open kitchen will not disappoint even the most discerning home chef. The stainless steel kitchen features a Thermador range (with a griddle), a Thermador warming oven, a Thermador microwave, a Thermador dishwasher and a Bosch refrigerator. The gorgeous kitchen table is perfect for a large family gathering and the island also has additional seating for overflow. In total, the kitchen seats 14.
The home is three levels, which is great for guest privacy. The main living area, kitchen and full bath are located on the first floor. The second floor houses two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the game room and a laundry room. The third floor houses two more bedrooms and a large bathroom with access to both bedrooms. The top two levels have very large decks that overlook the Jordanelle. The second level deck is accessible from both bedrooms. The bedrooms on the third level both have access the spacious backyard area and hot tub.
The bathrooms are as custom as can be, including gorgeous natural stone finishes, a rain shower head, double sinks, and sophisticated lighting. Two of the four bedrooms have warm and cozy gas fireplaces. The third floor has radiant heating for those chilly winter nights!
The game room is perfect for kids of all ages, or just those kids at heart. There is a stand-up video game that features 1980s, retro games (including our personal favorite, Pac-Man). An HD flat screen TV and DVD will offer hours of entertainment. There's also a custom leather sleeper sofa for extra space and a dry bar with a mini stainless steel refrigerator.
New HD Flat screen TVs abound in this home--there are no less than 5. The weary outdoor sportsman will surely appreciate the new hot tub on the back patio.
The summer is just as great as the winter in this home! During the warmer months, you can hike and bike on a trail around the Jordanelle that is accessible from the home. Wildlife is abundant. We often see moose, deer, birds and other wildlife that make this home so special.

We are a young family that loves the outdoors, especially in Park City! Our primary residence is in Houston but we get away as much as possible to our new Park City home. Our two young daughters cry when we leave Park City!
