Property is outdated, worn and overpriced. Bath towels were threadbare, stained and not enough for the size of our group. The place has a musty smell and a foul smell was eminating from the drains in the kitchen. Placed plates over the drains to stop smell. I will not recommend or return to this property.
Owner response:The condo was built in 1985 so in that sense may be out dated but in the condo we have updated the furnishings. The condo has new appliances and flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Please review the current pictures of the condo. Our condo can easily accommodate 7-8 persons. This renter listed three adult and one child as occupying the condo. There was more then plenty of towels to accommodate. The towels being tattered and threadbare has been addressed and the cleaning service was made aware and will replace any outdated worn towels and linen as needed. The smell emanating from the sinks was investigated. The cleaning service and the new renters that checked in four hours after this renter left could not smell any foul odors. We will continue to address this issue if it ever occurs again. The owners are dedicated to the property and will continue to provide a clean, updated condo for your vacation enjoyment

We stayed for 5 nites in March/April. As stated this is a truly ski in/ski out condo with an excellent area for the little ones to sled in the back. The 2 freedom passes + the 50% off daily coupons saved us a lot of money. The unit was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. If we return to Brian Head we would stay here again.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My travel party of three adults enjoyed our 3-night stay in Feb 2009. The comfortable couches were perfect after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was well-equipped, with nice refrigerator and an electric stovetop. The owner's representative, Andy, was friendly and communicative by email, which was helpful. We hope to return to Giant Steps next year.

First time user...perfect location. Alot of room. We had 7 with us and it didnt seem crowded. Plenty of storage. Great wrap around porch. Nice view of the mountain. The kids sled right outside the condo and we had some young ones so it was nice to be able to sit and watch them and not have to worry. Overall a wonderful stay. Plan to do it again!

Wow, this is exciting we are the first comments....we have stayed at this condo for the past two years in march....The condo was clean and the location was great...expeciall the first year, because of the location we were able to teach and film right off the balcony our son who was trying snowboarding for the first time...by day 2 he was at the top of the mountain...(the condo is a corner unit with a slight hill outside the back of the balcony....Brianhead is definitly worth the nine hour drive from Mission Viejo..the kids always get at least 5 days of snowboarding!!!AWESOME UNIT
