Trappeur's Crossing Resort offers 4 indoor/outdoor pools, multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, free shuttle service, newly renovated conference center, computer lounge, library, fitness center, sauna, underground heated parking garage, poolside patio with gas grills in common areas just outside the front door at the Amenity Center...and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants at the base area. In 2008, Trappeur's Crossing was ranked one of the "World's best hotels" on the expedia insiders' select list. The list recognizes accommodation around the world which consistently delivers excellent service, notable value, and a great overall experience. Individual traveler reviews on trip adviser put the Trappeur's complex at #5 out of 49 Steamboat accommodations, coming in only behind places which are significantly more expensive.
The condo is newly remodeled and features new Western Alpine inspired furnishings, designer decor,air conditioning,gas fireplace, balcony (second eating area in the summer with a full table), broadband and wireless Internet service, and cable TV in every room.
There are 3 bedrooms (the den is the 3rd)-each with a private bath. The master bedroom offers a queen bed; the second bedroom a queen bed and the third bedroom (den) has two twin beds. The convertable inflates into a queen sleeper mattress/bed. Plenty of towels are provided along with bath soap, shampoo and conditioner.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the gadgets and serving pieces you can imagine-with custom cabinets and granite counter tops. The dining room table seats 6 for a nice relaxing dinner adorned with an authentic antler chandelier. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen area and on the back deck during nice weather.
The family room features an abundance of seating area surrounding the flat screen television and gas fireplace-perfect to snuggle up and watch a movie after a full day of outdoor activities. Books, Board games and Movies are provided in the video library for a wide variety of age groups. IPod dock is provided so bring your own tunes and plug-in. An underground, heated garage provides parking and locking bike storage. Locked ski storage is available directly outside the unit in the hallway. No climbing stairwells or elevator necessary after a full day on the slopes. Free laundry room provided for convenience.
The unit reserved under this confirmation is limited to adults and families. Sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund. No pets allowed. Absolutely No Smoking.
