Fantastic Ski in/out condo. Relax on the terrace with incredible views. Ski lift steps from your door. 3 bedrooms Large Penthouse Condo (2300 sq ft) with three Flat Screen TV's. Netflix. The condo has luxury finishes and the best views in Beaver Creek. Wireless Internet. Wood floors, granite countertops and a gas fireplace create the feeling of a home away from home. There are 2 Master Bedrooms and 1 Twin Bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms. The upstairs Master Bedroom has a very large bathroom with it's own jacuzzi tub, steam shower and walk in closet. The second, spacious Master Bedroom has a large flat screen TV and is on the main floor. It has a tub and shower and it's own balcony. 3rd bedroom has twin beds and its own bath, shower. There is a full size kitchen and dining area.
The building has a very well heated outdoor pool and hot tub. There is a work out room and wonderful front desk personnel to assist you. This condo is perfect for family living and cozy apres ski.
Tired muscles are soothed in the swimming pool, hot tub or in the privacy of the jacuzzi tub in the upstairs master bedroom. Ice Skating in the middle of The Village is a 5 minute walk.

This ski-in ski-out penthouse in Beaver Creek is a great property in a fantastic location - Border's Lodge in Beaver Creek, Colorado! What's not to like? When we arrived, we parked in the underground garage and took the elevator to our penthouse condo. The views of the Beaver Creek Village and ski area are fabulous. For skiing, what could be more convenient than ski-in ski-out? Elkhorn lift #14 is right outside the door, ready to whisk you up the mountain for unmatched Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch skiing.
Did I tell you that this home is located within walking distance of Beaver Creek Village? Well it's true, or if you prefer to ride, a Beaver Creek shuttle stops about every 15 mins. In the Village you will find quaint shops, art galleries, and of course, a skating rink (in the winter). For dinner, try Ti Amo in Avon for great Italian food and reasonable prices.
Back at home, you'll enjoy not only the fabulous views, but also a cozy gas fireplace, dining for 8, full kitchen with granite counters, high speed Internet and 2 master suites (one with whirl pool tub, steam shower) - Downstairs is the front desk staffed with friendly helpful people, complementary coffee, tea hot chocolate (this little bear's favorite to enjoy while sitting by the fire). When not skiing, rest your weary bones in the hot tub, swim the heated pool or use the workout room. Consider yourself blessed to stay in this fabulous VRBO property, I know that I did!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cozy penthouse condo with an amazing mountain view. Easy ski in/ski out access. Nice garage for parking. Heated hot tub. The owner was accommodating and very nice to work with.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

My family and I spent 7 wonderful nights at this Condo. It is very large and well appointed. The staff was helpful and responsive. The owner was easy to work with and available to answer any questions. The location, near the village and right by the lift can not be beat. We look forward to returning. JKRecommended for: Families with teenagers.

Beautiful, bright and spacious condo, with great mountain views. A perfect location for a family ski vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. Large bedrooms plus a great open living area. Beaver Creek for the holidays can’t be beat. You can walk to the village or take the free shuttle. Outstanding ski in/out access (no catwalks, distance to the lift measured in ft).Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

Skiing and Golf are my favorite sports and I can walk to both from this location. I love the view of the ski mountain out the large picture windows and The Village is charming both winter and summer. The condo is quiet and very spacious. There is a parking garage and a great staff.

Beaver Creek is fantastic year round! The friendships are priceless, The Village is friendly for both children and adults and there is something to do everyday of the year. Even for grandmothers!
