6. Vivanda Grocery Store is two blocks away. This is an upscale complete grocery store with a bank. It is next to the Herbal Life Corporate building. The clerks actually carry your groceries back to your apartment!

Why the Owner Chose Miraflores
I was reluctant to buy a place in Peru until I walked into this apartment. I loved the feeling of the large roomy rooftop terrace. You are not enclosed, you can enjoy the view, sunset, and feel the ocean breeze. Luchi enjoys the large size of the condo and terrace. There is plenty of room for the family to visit and party. we especially enjoy sitting on the terrace, enjoying a good glass of wine, or reading.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The location is great. The condo is only a few blocks from everything. Many areas of Miraflores are busy, congested, no parking, and noisy, but this particular area has wide streets, ample parking, and is not in a high traffic area, so less noisy.

As a woman traveling alone on business, I couldn't have done better than staying in this condo. Allen (owner), Marina (property manager), and the security staff were a perfect combination of friendly + professional; any questions I had were promptly answered and a minor glitch I had with the wi-fi connection was quickly resolved. I felt very safe in the apartment and surrounding area, and appreciated the convenience of the nearby Vivanda supermarket. Taxis pass by regularly, which made getting to my meetings a breeze. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and well-maintained and boasts an exceptional view of the city. I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and working on the rooftop terrace - beats a cramped hotel room any day! I would certainly recommend Allen's condo to business as well as vacation travelers and would happily stay there again.

We rented this condo for 5 days and it was all that it was presented to be. It was very clean, well laid out (love the terrace on top!) and convenient to everything. Transportation was easy, the taxis pass by all the time. The owner, the manager, and the security staff were all very accomodating. We had a marvelous time!

As the realtor says the 3 most important things in a property: location, location, location. Vivanda store 2 blocks away. Banks closeby. Easy to use ATM at Scotiabank across from Vivanda. Short walk to all the amenities (great restaurants, Parque Kennedy, artisan market and more.) We have family in Peru and what a great place to entertain. There is no enhancement of the owners description, the place is great. It is easier to list the downfalls of the place cause there are none. Excellent repore with the landlord and manager and security staff. I wish I had 3 full bathrooms in my house. Three bedrooms was great for our family of four, and the room off the terrace can be used as a quiet place just to relax by yourself.

The moment we walked into this amazing apartment, we knew we'd found the perfect vacation rental. This place is simply wonderful. We stayed here for 8 days and wish we could have stayed longer. Making arrangements to stay here was easy, the owner easy to communicate with and we were met at the apartment at the time we had requested by their helpful, cheerful host in Peru. The place was exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and immaculately kept. Very bright with plenty of windows. Very spacious. And bathrooms aplenty! The upper floor (and especially the roof-top deck was simply gorgeous. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the deck - and got to enjoy New Year's Eve from here. Watched the fireworks from all over the city from here which went on for hours. The apartment is outfitted with everything a person could ever need. Having laundry in the suite was perfect as well. This quiet apartment is in the perfect location and close to everything you could ever want. It is very walkable to everything - from here we'd walk to the cliffs overlooking the ocean nearby, walk to our favorite coffee spots, hundreds of restaurants to choose from, easily walkable to San Isidro and absolutely anywhere in Miraflores you'd like to go and yet a quiet neighbourhood to be in. Right across the street from the Canadian Embassy. The grocery store, Vivanda is just two blocks away on Jose Pardo. In the other direction, two blocks away on Grau is a very nice bakery/cafe called La Mora. Larcomar Shopping Complex is easily walkable to, as are Park Kennedy and Central Park Miraflores. The front-door staff were always very pleasant, helpful and always greeted us with big smiles. We loved this apartment and if we ever return to Lima, we'd definitely stay here. LOVED this apartment and highly recommend. This place made our stay in Miraflores very memorable and provided us with wonderful travel memories.

The apartment is beautiful and provides everything promised in the property description. Everything is in excellent condition from appliances and dishes to bedding, towles, furniture, etc. The Owners, Allen and Luchi, are very helpful and make themselves totally available to provide suggestions and information. Marita, the property manager in Lima, was easily accessible and also very helpful. Our two month trip to Peru was beyond our expectations and we highly recommend this apartment for it's comfort, location to everything and the fabulous views. The huge rooftop terrace was definitely my favourite spot to enjoy a glass of vino tinto!!!

We stayed here for part of our time in Lima and it was a wonderful experience. The correspondence with the owner before our trip was very helpful and informative so everything went very smoothly with no unpleasant surprises. Our family of five have had a wonderful time in this apartment. The location is splendid - short walk to the ocean and the "Park of Love", very near to a large grocery store and many restaurants. The apartment is very well managed and spacious. The large terrace gives a great view of the city and is marvellous for entertaining. All in all, an absolutely great experience.

This is a great spot on a side street right in the heart of Miraflores. It is walking distance of just about everything and anything (with a great supermarket two short blocks away). In addition, it's just a 15 minute walk to San Isidro. The terrace is roomy and has great views; on sunny days, you can see the Isla San Lorenzo. I would stay here again in a hearbeat!
