Excellent property for the price (around 600 dollars cheaper than any thing else with a pool!) The owners Craig and Lynn try exceptionally hard to make your stay as nice as possible, good clean home with good arrangement of bedding. we stayed for 6 nights with 4 adults and 3 children, the best part of our stay was the pool in the back yard, we would highly recommend to anyone and will definately stay again.Thanks Craig and Lynn for helping make our stay a memorable one! We enjoyed our stay at this house while in Southern California. It was very close to Disneyland which was our main planned destination. We met our son, daughter in law and two granddaughters and spent a wonderful week together. The house was beautiful - we loved the stained glass windows! The landscaping is also beautiful. It was wonderful to relax in the backyard around the pool although the water was too cold for swimming in April. The owners were very hospitable and provided us with local information for shopping. We highly recommend this home!

This rental home was located on a nice quiet location with a very nice yard. We was able to have fun and it was better than having to stay in a hotel while in the area. The owner was very easy to work with as we planned and after we arrived at the home. They will meet you at the house when you arrive and leave. Also they will go out of their way to help you plan with links, and also in other ways if you ask. Very caring people. We had to rent some equipment from a near by location for health reasons and they worked with us to get that back due to company hours did not match our depart times. The location does have a nice pool in the back yard. However the pool is not heated & does not have a cover. With all the trees and plants in yard makes the pool very dirty if the wind blows much. The water was too cold for us to enjoy it but by the 3rd day it was full of plant trash due to no cover, and would require cleaning before use. The rental says it sleeps 10 to 12 people & has 3 bedrooms. But I disagree. This location has 2 futon couches and 2 single futon type chairs then also sofa pullout. But the pullout is only about a 2 inch thick mattress and is very uncomfortable. Then it only has 2 bedrooms cause I don't the TV room with a pull curtain in door way from main living room to this room as a bedroom. It has a futon couch and chair and it also holds the only TV the house. So I call this a family / TV room not a bedroom. I feel this rental home will only sleep 5 or 6 with comfort. Other than the couple areas of the ad I feel is not accurate with the layout / description this rental home is very nice and would make a great place for you to spend a vacation. I think personally it would be better for older visitors with few children. But the owners have made the home so that it does have a home away from home feel.

We have installed privacy doors for bedroom 3 January 2010 with a lock, replacing curtains and now have our pool service stop by once a week to clean leaves off the pool surface and special cleanings when we get heavy winds in the early Fall and Late Winter. Trees have been trimmed allowing more sun on the pool that heats up the pebble tech surface to be 15 degrees warmer than before when in the shade. New mattress's have been placed into the beds allowing more comfort and more books, games, and DVD's have been made available for your leisure in the library. We now offer two wheel chairs, sport seats, an ADA shower stool, and a baby stroller for two for your convience while at your home near Disneyland to assist your comfort and easy mobility to the Resort. The vegtable garden has added new lettuce for salads anytime of the year along with new fruit trees available to eat during their season. Your comments are of concern and we learn and make available all that will make your time memorable, thank you.

Fantastic Rental Experience !

This home is much nicer and better appointed than the pictures on the rental advertisement. The owners have put so much time and effort into this home it was unbelievable that the rental price was so reasonable. The landscaping is beautiful and you can spend a lot of time just sitting around looking at it. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and everybody keeps thier property up. You can go out walking at any hour without feeling apprehensive about the area. The neighbors on both sides are friendly and came over to introduce themselves and just converse with us. The owners made us feel at home. After a few hours you actually feel at home and as if you belonged there. The only negative thing I could say is there wasn't enough time to enjoy the home and see everything else in the ten days we were there. Disneyland is a short couple of block walk and some in our party walked there a number of times. There is ample parking at the home and at the businesses around Disney. The home is far enough south of L.A. so you don't have to worry about the wildfires and yet is central to all the things you may want to see such as Legoland, Hollywood, Knotts Berry Farm, the wine producing vinyards, Surf City and many more places. The owners left lots of brochures, directions to local stores and plenty of value type information in the house for us to read. If it seems I was totally impressed with this home, I was ! The best testimonial I can leave is this. I will rent this house again on my next visit if it is available, if not I will adjust my vacation time until it is! I have left my email address and phone number with the owners if any prospective renters would like to discuss the property.

Absolutly wonderful. The home, the landscaping, and the pool were breathtaking. We enjoyed our visit and actually miss it in California. The owners, Craig and Lynn were absolutly wonderful. Anything we needed, they were right there and more. I would come back again and again. I would refrer this home to everyone.

We stayed at this house 3 nights. It was too small for the 9 of us. If sleeping comfortably is important to you, then this house is ok for one couple only. most of the extra bed and opening sofas are very uncomfortable. Pool and back yard are great. Owner is very nice and helpful. A/C only in leaving room, very loud and not very useful. Window screens were very dirty and considering you want to open the windows, this is important.

We have made pillow tops available upon request for additional sleeping comfort this last September 2010 in addition to our air floatation mattress that are always available for more comfort. Our cleaning crew has given special attention to making sure all screens are clean from any dust blowing in from the Disney Resort and checked by the Property Manager each cleaning. The 220v A/C has been serviced and is running cooler and more silent when needed in the month of August, our hotest month. We have added a large slider window facing the South side where each evening we get a strong cool breeze from the ocean just 10 miles away for additional cool evening comfort. Thank you again for your comments as we wish to offer a comfortable and clean home near Disneyland for your enjoyment and relaxation during your reservation time.

What a wonderful time we all had and the children loved swiming in the warm pool and later playing in such a spacious backyard . Very nice to feel so welcome at the vacation home and being such a close walk to the Disneyland Resort. We'll make this a regular vacation spot each year for our family and children.
