Condo is just 300 meters away from the beach, on the quiet north end of Jaco.
Landscaped respecting the native flora and boasting a large L-shaped pool,children’s pool, kids playgrounds and BBQ grills, this 24- hour security gated community is walking distance to everything.
24- hour check -in, in-room digital safety box and full concierge service. The concierge can prearrange transportation from the airport to your condo and any tours you wish.
Ample, free, off street parking and 24 hour security at the gate and around the community is also included. Elevators are present in the building.
Condominium vacation rental unit 8-7 is located on the second floor, overlooking the gardens, river and a partial view of the ocean. The condo is very nicely decorated in a modern style with a tropical accent. The furnishings include hardwood furniture and a very comfortable plush living set, together with modern appliances such as a stackable washer and dryer, ceramic top stove/oven with air extractor and large refrigerator.
A large 32 inch Sony LCD TV is ideal for entertainment. You have the choice of central air conditioning, ceiling fans or the ocean breeze. The bedding is composed of two Queen beds and one single sleeper sofa.

Why the Owner Chose Jaco
We were invited by our friends to visit their new condo -- liked the nature, beaches, weather, people, food... almost everything about Costa Rica and especially Jaco. There are many activities in the surrounding tropical and rainforest. Day tours, nature activities, national park visits and exciting nightlife are just a few of the attractions of the area.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Condo is located in walking distance to beach (300 meters or 3 minutes leisure walk), shops and restaurants (5-10 min walk). It is decorated with natural Costa Rican wood furniture -the place is extremely cozy and stylish. 32" LCD Sony TV is great for entertainment. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped and includes granite counter tops and full-sized appliances. There is a Large shared pool, children pool and playground just next to our building. A number of BBQ areas in the Costa Linda.
