It is located in the medieval part of the walled town of Lucca, along via Fillungo which is the main exclusive shopping street. The entire building is under strict control of the Monuments and Fine Arts Office, who consider the Palazzo one of the Italian monument to be preserved.
The flat is reachable via a square where parking is allowed and it is located 20 metres from the apartment. It is approx. 140 sqm large, but it looks much bigger because of its high original beamed ceiling. The recent renovation has brought to the light the original color of the decoration of the old beamed ceiling, a real masterpiece of this flat! The kitchen is equipped of the most modern facilities.
