The address is Via Francesco Crispi, just close to the top of the famous Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. That Area is the heart of Rome. The apartment is located on the third floor on a very nice old elegant building with the elevator. In April 2008 the apartment was completely renovated and modernized by a Roman architect. The apartment’s very spacious (about 120 square meters) and the living area’s very large with an inviting generously styled entrance and a leisure corner. The living room has vaulting ceiling and marble floor and it’s divided into a dining area. The furniture has been specially designed and offers exceptional comfort. Of course, you have entertainment devices such as a LCD TV with SAT-connection for various channels, a DVD Player and a CD/Radio player as well as air conditioning in all the rooms and WiFi fast connection to the Internet.
There are 3 bedrooms and a studio leading to a small balcony so that up to 8 persons can comfortably reside. The apartment has two spacious bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi-tub too. The fully kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee-/espresso machine, gas stove with oven, fridge/freezer unit, toaster, hot water boiler as well as all the other necessary appliances. From there the most important historical sights can be reached with a short walk 15 minutes radius. That area is very quiet and safe at night too. That area’s ZTL (Traffic Limited Zone). That means the cars can’t enter that area between 6:00am and 6:00pm. That place, for its high quality and perfect location, is the best way to spend your holiday in Rome, without any stress and any problems. The treatment’s friendly and helpful.
