We have spent many hours selecting the furnishings to ensure everything is up to the standard we expect as owners for our guests to have the perfect stay. Our beautiful designer, screen-covered pool is the perfect place to relax and watch the spectacular sunsets after a hard day at the theme parks or shopping. We are located on a peaceful development just off Poinciana Boulevard and just 5 minutes from the many shops (including two 24 hr WalMart), restaurants and attractions of US 192. We provide FREE local, long distance & international calls to UK, Ireland and many other countries.
The Master Bedroom has views over the pool and lake. It has king sized bed with en-suite bathroom and huge walk in closet . There is dresser with large mirror and drawers providing plenty of storage. There is a 30" TV, a ceiling fan and radio/alarm clock. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with walk in closet, dresser with large mirror and drawers providing plenty of storage. There is a a ceiling fan, bedside lamp and radio/alarm clock. The shared bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom. The Disney themed bedroom is a big hit with children young and old. There are twin beds, walk in closet and chest of drawers providing plenty of storage. There is a a ceiling fan, Winnie the Pooh beside lamp and radio/alarm clock. The shared bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom.
Bedroom 4 has views over the pool and lake, has twin beds, walk in closet and chest of drawers providing plenty of storage. There is a ceiling fan, bedside lamp and radio/alarm clock. The WC/washroom is opposite this bedroom. The Master Bathroom has walk in shower, Roman bath, his 'n hers sinks, a dressing room/walk in closet, separate WC and a hairdryer. The Shared Bathroom has bath/shower, sink, WC, mirror and a hairdryer. The open plan Lounge, Dining area and Kitchen provide a cool, light and airy ambiance throughout the home. This is a real home from home. In the lounge we have a 42" HD TV with cable, Movies On-Demand, DVD player and a Playstation2 with a selection of games.
We have High Speed Wi-fi Internet Access, so now you can work from Florida while the family play! The kitchen is equipped to the highest standard with everything need for your stay. There is a Refrigerator with ice maker, full sized oven with 4 rings, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, electric kettle , pots and pans and a teapot. You can do as much cooking as you choose. The utility room has a top loading washing machine and tumble dryer as well as mop, sweeping brush etc. and leads out to the garage.
The Garage is large enough to accommodate two cars. The hard standing outside will also hold two cars. The screened pool and deck area have lovely views of the lake and absolutely stunning sunsets in the evening. We get a varied selection of visiting and resident wildlife in the lake. The pool deck area is spacious, and has a removable safety fence preventing little ones entering the pool un-attended. The deck area is furnished with a towel rack, large table, four regular chairs and umbrella, four reclining sun loungers and two small side tables. In the kitchen you will find an ice bucket, quality plastic plates and glasses for safe use in the pool area. There is a small selection of inflatables for use in the pool.

We enjoyed our time at the rental home. We found the house quite inviting upon arrival, clean and many amenities were provided which facilitated our stay. We enjoyed the pool and the privacy of having the lake behind us. The area around the house was clean and well manicured and welcoming. We did find some issues with the blinds from the patio doors going to the pool area which needed to be changed as when we attempted to open them, many of the laniers fell. The windows also needed to be washed, I guess, this can be challenging if you have other previous guests that enjoy splashing about. The location was a perfect location for theme parks and other tourist attractions.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family stayed at this villa for 3 weeks over Easter 2011. What an ideal location for a beautiful villa. The villa was like home from home plus extra, with the lovely pool,spacious accomodation and is idealy situated for getting to any of the Theme Parks, restaurants and shops easily. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a stress free base for their hoilday, because it has everything that you could possibly need. We had a great time there and would definately fo back. Stayed at the Villa for two weeks. It's everything you need and more, a real home from home. Close proximity to all the attractions in Florida and shopping outlets as well. House is spacious and has just about everything you need. We've stayed in Hotels previously but this is MUCH better. Was lovely to relax by the pool after a long day at the parks. Dealt with John regarding booking and stay. Couldn't do enough for us and made the whole thing hassle free. Can't recommend this enough.

Thanks for everything. We had a wonderful time in Orlando. We got home yesterday, after a meandering drive back to Texas, exhausted but with many great memories. My family and I would recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to stay in close proximity to Shopping, Disney and Attractions. This villa is located in a quite clean area of Kissimmee. John and Joanna were awsome to deal with thru email with prompt responses and their villas was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. As a neat freak that I am, this exceeded my expections. My family stayed in another villa across the pond the year prior but we much prefer this villa as it was bigger and the pool was awsome (very very clean). The pool and deck area was also lovely. We are planning another family vacation in March 2012 for 2 weeks and we will be definately contacting John and Joanna for thier use of their Villa. My overall rating is more than a 5 star! Forget hotels when you can have a pool and house all to your self that is clean and lovely.

I was more than pleased with the accommodations. We have rented homes in other cities and yours was by far the most comfortable and contained the most conveniences. The pool was sparkling clean and very refreshing. The beds were comfortable, towels were plentiful and the lounge was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks. The wi-fi service was a bonus and the HD TV was great for catching up on sports. Thanks again for making your home available to us tourists.

From the minute we walked through the front door we knew we were going to love it here. It is so much nicer than it looks in the photos on the website. The location is perfect being 5 minutes from restaurants and shops, 10 minutes from Disney. The pool was just wonderful and warm. The kids loved it and can't wait to come back. A big THANK YOU.
