This direct oceanfront beach home offers 112 feet of ocean frontage with the Atlantic Ocean in your backyard!The main living area is on the second level of this home and showcases fourteen feet of glass doors that bring the outdoors in. You can sit at the kitchen table and watch the sunrise in the morning, a true sight to behold! The house is decorated with a complete coastal cottage theme and includes hardwood floors,tongue and groove wood walls and a split bedroom floor plan. The living room offers a West Indies decor and a wall mounted 46" HDTV with TEVO, ON DEMAND and many pay channels. The master bedroom features a Sterns and Foster Mattress and Ethan Allen furnishings along with a 37" HDTV with the same channel selection as the living room. There is an extra large walk-in closet plus a linen closet and all your bedding and bath needs are provided. The master bath is completely customized with an oversized shower and Italian porcelain tile floor and walls. The vanity offers a marble top with double sinks and a large decorative mirror. There is also a laundry shoot for extra convenience. The guest bedroom is bright and cheery with a cottage chic motif, twin beds, his and her closets and a 32" HDTV. The guest bath is quite unique with a custom vanity featuring coastal colored tiles matching the tile floor! The kitchen is open,inviting and nicely appointed with white appliances, granite countertops and an under the counter built in ice maker that stores fifty pounds of ice!
The third bedroom is a loft accessed by a spiral staircase and features Ethan Allen furnishings, a queen size bed and a sitting area with sofa and coffe table, plush new carpeting and a brand new 26" HDTV. The first level includes the fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and a 60" TV plus a home office with high speed internet access. There is also a game room with pool table, a large laundry room and a one car garage. The downstairs level can also be closed off from the upstairs which offers additional privacy for the downstairs occupant. You also have an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water which is great after a day on the beach! The garage stores all the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and child play toys you will need. This is a very unique "Old Florida" style beachhouse in a people and pet friendly neighborhood. In 1999 my husband and I were living in Boca Raton, Florida and were looking for a weekend getaway home. We had never visited Vero Beach before but it only took one afternoon to know this is where we needed to be! We immediately fell in love with Summerplace with it's old Florida charm and pet friendly beach and just a stone's throw away from the Vero Beach Disney Resort.
