Beautiful, brand new home in the exclusive and quiet K-section of Playa Guiones. Guiones is the jewel of the larger area known as Playas de Nosara, a series of oatmeal-sand coves, famous for their idyllic beaches, consistent surf, and astounding biodiversity. The area offers a unique union of Costa Rican authenticity and modern luxury. There are several excellent restaurants, an array of shopping, and many adventure-activities on offer nearby.
For those who know the area, Casa Concha is about 450 meters past Harbor Reef. From the home, it's a very short 150 meter walk to the more relaxed, southern end of the main beach. Shell-hunting, surfing, and lounging are all steps away, as is the Nosara Yoga Institute, a short walk in the other direction.
All living quarters are upstairs, giving guests a monkey's eye view of the surrounding environment. In the wet season, a small creek runs along the backside of the home, feeding a host of native trees and wildlife, including the fully mature pochote, palm and mango trees that command the property.
A sizeable, well shaded lanai is the center of attention, offering a wonderful environment from sun up to sun down, as well as late into the night, with abundant seating around a beautiful guanacaste wood table. A howler monkey corridor runs right alongside the house, and at times they are no more than 10 feet away. Ocean can be seen just barely through the trees.
Lanai, kitchen, and living room are all connected in one flowing space. Well-ventilated living room features vaulted, open beam ceilings, and very comfortable, tropical furniture. Fully stocked modern kitchen with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, and filtered water. Bar connects kitchen and living room.
All bedrooms contain queen beds, air conditioning, personal closets, and safes. The three queen beds sleep six. Ideal for two or three couples or a family.
Minimum stay is 3 nights. Stays six nights or longer include weekly maid service. Additionally, we are prepared to offer whatever personalized assisstance or coordination is desired (ex: surfboard rentals, lessons, local tours, catering, etc.)
