Villa Encanto Pacifico is a very private, romantic open air style two bedroom, two bath villa overlooking the ocean and surrounded by one acre of lush tropical gardens. There are ceiling fans throughout and roll down shades to provide additional privacy. This is a naturalist's paradise, a haven for wildlife such as: white faced monkeys, squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys, sloths, iguanas, armadillos, raccoons, coatis, kinkajous, birds, and butterflies.

Awaken to a serene ocean view and the song of tropical birds. Enjoy your breakfast while watching the monkeys forage for theirs. After breakfast take an unforgettable nature walk to a nearby secluded beach. Your own private access to the beach path is just a few steps away. After a day of fun in the sun unwind with a beautiful sunset and in the evening be lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean. Villa Encanto Pacifico is the place for you to experience the exuberance of the tropics. Come and be captivated by the beauty of this enchanted pacific gem.

The villa comes equipped with towels,linens and a complete kitchen, minus an oven and a microwave but there is a brand new gas range top and a toaster oven. Maid service is provided twice a week and included in the rental price. Additional maid service may be requested at your own expense. Take advantage of the complimentary tour booking service provided by Rebecca Wells, our bilingual rental manager and concierge. She's also happy to recommend restaurants, make reservations and arrange taxi service for you. For a small fee she will also stock the refrigerator with food and refreshments of your choice before your arrival thereby saving you the chore of doing so after such a long trip.

  • We spent four four wonderful days at the beach house and wish we could have spent more. It was a wonderful experience. The pictures do not do that house justice. It's beautiful inside and out. The interior is done so well- the tile work and furniture made it so nice to stay there. It's really a house for entertaining. My husband and I really enjoyed sitting at the bar every night and having a drink before dinner and waking up to the monkeys in the yard. The view is absoletly amazing. The whole front of the house is a the ocean. What more can you ask for in a vacation? We hope to get back there soon. What a great surprise that house was. We were in Costa Rica for six weeks and stayed many lovely places but that was my favorite. Thanks for the find Rebecca.

  • Just want to say that my husband and I had such a relaxing and enchanting stay at villa el encanto pacifico. The wildlife was amazing. Almost every morning the white faced monkeys came around. We also spotted morpho butterflies and tucans. The walk down to the secluded beach was also very lovely. How convenient to be steps away from the beach path. We also were able to take great ocean sunset photos from the living room. We will highly recommend to our friends. Thank you. Rachel Brown San Francisco
