Public transit is two blocks away. Pacific Spirit Park is the largest park in Vancouver, which has hiking, mountain biking, and off-leash trails. The Dunbar Community Centre is two blocks away and has a child's playground, a full gym, raquetball court, and outdoor tennis. The local movie theatre, shopping, restaurants, and bar are a 10 minute walk away.
The open-plan living room has a television and gas fireplace. Wireless Internet is available at no charge. You will be able to prepare meals in the fully appointed, eat-in kitchen.
