The backyard boasts a private heated pool with two waterfalls and a water slide. When you're done swiming you can practice on the four hole putting green, cook dinner on the built in bar-b-que or enjoy time with friends around the fire pit.
Just outside the community is a giant water slide park. Several golf courses are close by and the Santan mountains are also close by for hiking.
If you are here to shop and dine there are lots of options. The new Santan mall is about 15 minutes away and the famed Chandler Fashion Centre is about a 20 minute drive. Other retail including Walmart, Target, Ross, etc is closer by.
