Beautiful Chandler home! Fully furnished four bedroom in peaceful community surrounded by walking paths, covered playgrounds and a lovely pond where you can fish and feed the birds. The backyard boasts a private pool with two waterfalls and a water slide. When you're done swiming you can practice on the four hole putting green, cook dinner on the built in bar-b-que or enjoy time with friends around the fire pit.

Just outside the community is a giant water slide park. Several golf courses are close by and the Santan mountains are also close by for hiking.

If you are here to shop and dine there are lots of options. The new Santan mall is about 15 minutes away and the famed Chandler Fashion Centre is about a 20 minute drive. Other retail including Walmart, Target, Ross, etc is closer by.

  • We just returned home from an eight day stay at this wonderful home. From the second we walked in I knew we had made an excellent choice for our family. Did I mention there were 8 of us? Six children ranging in age from 2-19, my husband and I. (Every one of them enjoyed their stay.) One night we had family over for dinner. There was plenty of room for the extra five people that came for dinner. We would rent this house again in a heart beat!
