Our charming 4 bedroom home is nestled away in Shipyard Plantation on the 8th fairway of the Galleon Course.

Open living areas, walls of windows, cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a well equipped kitchen welcome you as you enter the door.

The master suite is a great place to relax after a busy day with it's king sized bed, reading area, access to the private deck, and a huge bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in-shower, and double vanities.
The second master offers a king bed, reading area, and private bath.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and reading area.
The fourth children's bedroom room is equipped with two sets of bunk beds.

Outside, enjoy your own "Spa with waterfall" that flows into
the private pool with concrete pool deck and a gorgeous view.

Decorator furnished and comfy as "Home" with extra TVS, VCR, DVD players, and High-speed DSL wireless hook-up. These are just a few of the details that make it feel like "Home".


With it's two entrances, Shipyard's center island location is convenient to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.

  • We just returned home from a week at this beautiful home. The house, pool, hot tub, grounds, and community were all top-notch. The owners supplied far more than we expected; several bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, laundry supplies, dishwahing supplies, movies, (etc). We felt very much "at home" while away. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to spend our vacation.

  • My family rented the properity for a week. We have been coming to Hilton Head for 15 years. We had always rented condos. This was our first house rental. The amenities were great everything you have at home and more. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Area the home is located in is quiet. You don't have the crowded feel here. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning in the Summer of 2009

  • We stayed at this property in Shipyard during the Christmas/New Year vacation. We enjoyed the spacious home layout and amenitites. We have stayed in Hilton Head before most recently in Palmetto Dunes, but this was the best place we have ever stayed. The home is minutes from the beach on the bike path and centrally located within the heart of Hilton Head. This home is fully equiped for any vacation!!!
