Location: Buena Vista, Baja California Sur, Mexico (38 Miles 50 Minutes From Los Cabos Airport)

Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Our casa is designed in the style of a small Mexican hacienda. In back a spacious flagstone courtyard is enclosed on two sides by the house and on the other two sides by a typical Mexican wall with a lovely fountain. Two guest rooms open onto the courtyard as do the great room, service entrance and office. In front there is a large covered patio and enclosed yard. Upstairs is a master suite with its own bath and a private covered veranda with ocean and mountain views.

With just one house between us and Sea of Cortez, we have immediate access to all the fun and beauty offered by this treasured stretch of beach. This is a relatively quiet area with a minimum of the typical activities associated with major resorts. A five minute walk up the beach is a well known resort hotel "Spa Buena Vista". The mood here is generally serene but can be quite lively, especially poolside when the fishing boats return in the early afternoon. Fishing and other excursions can be arranged through the hotel and the pool and other amenities can be used. The restaurant offers lunch and dinner to visitors. Los Barriles with numerous restaurants and stores, is 3 miles away

  • This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy life. We had such a great time someone needed to be reminded of what day it was - test for a great vacation. We were interested in a quiet place with scuba, snorkeling and beachcombing/swimming; with restraunts nearby but quiet the rest of the time. This place has it! Its in a quiet small neighborhood of like kind homes with some yeararound residents if you need any help with anything. The owners provided us with a list of favorite restaurants and a host of activities that were available close by. You are 5 minutes from grocery stores, ATMs, and 5 to 10 minutes away from a dozen restaurants. You are an hour plus from Cabo and La Paz so if nightlife or great shopping is your thing maybe this is not your place but we took one day to do a tourist trip and thoroughly enjoyed the ride and day.
