Come see this Incredible space in Williamsburg, just two blocks from the Bedford stop on the L train and 7 minutes from Union Square and everything Manhattan has to offer. It’s a fully furnished and very well decorated New York Loft space, with hardwood floors throughout, that’s been converted into a classy yet funky 3 Bedroom apartment complete with everything you could ever need.

The Master Bedroom is spacious with a Full Size bed, and a great view of one of the most interesting thoroughfares in New York, Bedford Avenue. The second Bedroom is spacious as well with a double bed, a mezzanine bed. The third room, is the smallest but is definitely filled with charm. An 8ft by 8 ft painting swings open to reveal a hidden room, housing a double bed. All of the rooms boast ample closet space, and bureaus and 2 of them have desks. All in all you can sleep 7 people with incredible comfort.

The living room area is gigantic, with 12ft ceilings, a 46” HD flat screen TV with surround sound and cable, Wi-Fi, a sofa, an armchair/Ottoman, and a beautiful bench along the window. It’s perfect for entertaining or sitting with a drink and watching the world of Bedford Avenue wander past. There is a great separate kitchen space with everything a chef could desire, including a brand new electric stove, and solid, quality pots, pans and knives.

The rooftop has a wonderful view of the Manhattan skyline and is the perfect place to have a BBQ as it literally spans an entire city block.

The location however is the main attraction. This Loft is literally steps from hundreds of incredible Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques, or anything else that might be calling you out here. The functional aspect entices as well as there is a pharmacy, hardware store, Hair Salon, Laundry, Dry Cleaning, Internet Café, and Market all within 3 blocks. And for those who enjoy a bit of green with their Manhattan it is just a short walk to McCarren Park, with baseball fields, tennis courts, and a serious handball/kickball circuit, (only for those who are truly serious about handball and/or kickball).

Williamsburg is definitely the up and coming area of New York City, and for those who truly would like to experience The Big Apple from the point of view of the locals, then this is the spot. A New York unlike any other that you’ve ever seen. Far from the tourists, and the flashing cameras, just the energy and excitement that made New York the Conduit to the rest of the world.
