Stayed here for 4 nights on a girl's getaway. Size was fine for us, might be small for 2 couples. Location was perfect for walking to town and tasting rooms after a long day of wineries. Well maintained and in good condition. Small backyard with fire pit was perfect for evening. One issue was that the alarm went off and we had a bit of a difficult time working with owner to correct. Also, the air conditioner seemed to be on timer and we could not control the temp. No big deal because the weather was great for our trip and we didn't need it, but something to note.

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Charming, beautiful cottage very close to plaza

This 2-bedroom cottage was everything we wanted for a 3-day stay close to downtown Healdsburg. The entire house was remodeled recently so it offers the best of both worlds ~ the charm of a cute cottage right in town as well as the comfort and luxury of a new kitchen, new bathroom, an entertainment system with backyard speakers, fresh decor and beds which are wonderfully comfortable. Tracey was the perfect owner, available easily via phone.

We spent a week in this lovely house and enjoyed every minute. Wonderful attention to detail in linens, bathroom, kitchen, and patio. We cooked several wonderful meals - grilled out and ate on the deck. The kitchen setup really works for cooks. The location couldn't be better - a short walk to everything in downtown Healdsburg. We even found the old cemetery to wander through on one of our daily walks. The second bedroom came in handy when friends came to visit from Berkley. The house works wonderfully for 2 people yet still works for 4 if you're good friends. The northern Sonoma County location was great - not far from the ocean, a short drive to Calistoga - northern Napa Valley, and easy to get to the southern part of wine country. We loved this place and would certainly stay again if visiting the area.

This is the place to be. A charming cottage well-maintained with modern decor just off the square in Healdsburg. No need to drive, wine tastings in town plus fantastic restaurants and a shoppers paradise. I feel sorry for anyone staying in a hotel when they could be here. We have already booked for next year!

Four of us enjoyed a great weekend at this cottage. We were a bit taken back by the street, which looked bit industrial, but it really wasn't. The location is great for walking to downtown. Once inside, we were impressed by the amenities and furnishings. Very clean and prepared for guests. The two bedrooms were perfect for two couples. Kitchen is very functional. The backyard, deck, and BBQ was our favorite place to relax with a glass of Sonoma's finest. Would highly recommend and also stay again!

My husband and I stayed here with my parents and it was the perfect place to spend the weekend. Updated and cozy, and a great backyard; we spent the first evening grilling out and enjoying the firepit while drinking the wine we bought. It was a great base for exploring the area as well and couldn't be more convenient to Healdsburg. We could easily walk to Safeway, La Crema, the square, tons of restaurants, etc. Nice area to jog around too. A great place and I would definitely recommend it!

Outstanding, brand new, high quality "Downtown Healdsburg Retreat" A great deal and a great location. Every detail down to the cooking pots and pans are of high quality. This is home is truly owned by an owner whom cares. Local resturaunts are among best in the world. Try Madrona Manor, Cyrus, and Willies Seafood Wine Bar.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay with only one huge complaint-no air conditioner. We had 2 days of 90 degrees in April and the house was smoldering even with the fans on and windows open. When we came home at 6:00pm the first day, the inside temperature was 86 with the windows closed. The next day, we left windows open while we were gone and returned to 82 inside temp., not much better. I cannot imagine how hot it will be in the summer. Otherwise, we could not have asked for a cleaner, more convenient, up to date and charming place to stay. Almost Perfect!

The house was great! Walked to dinner, walked to wine tasting, walked to music in the park... location could not have been better. Also the outside deck was so peaceful at night- we really enjoyed our stay!

This house has it all! The location is outstanding- couldn't be close to the square. We did park our car and walk! The home itself is so comfortable we had to tear ourselves away to walk to the fantastic restaurants in Healdsburg
