This Non-Smoking, third-floor condo is very spacious with two master suites, one bedroom with twin beds, and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy the panoramic Gulf view across the pool and courtyard and watch the waves roll in from the extra large balcony.
Many extras throughout, professionally designed, beautiful decor with hand painted wall murals. Very comfortable and very spacious. Lots of repeat renters. You will want to come back too.
This low-rise complex offers less congestion than the multi-story units through out the area. Two parking spaces available with easy access via elevator or staircase. There are two pools with one being heated and fitness center with bikes, a treadmill, universal, TV.

My husband and I love the beach in the Fall and Winter Months. Just spent two weeks in this condo and could have stayed longer. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. My husband loves the big flat screen TV. The location in the complex is ideal. The large balcony is shielded from the elements while giving you the idal place to set and enjoy the view of the beautiful pool and the gulf beyond. PERFECT in every way. Ideal location as far as shopping - within 15 minutes from everything. Lartique's up the road will provide you mouth watering steamed shrimp and/or snow crab legs. Thiers are the best on the beach. Publix is not far as is a very nice Wal-Mart and of course, the Tanger Outlet Mall. You can't go wrong with this condo. This is the second year renting and will continue to rent each chance we get to come to the beach. Also, last but not least, the entire staff of the complex is a pleasure to deal with.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The condo looks just like the pictures. It is very comfortable and nicely decorated! The view is great as well. We can see the ocean while still watching the kids in the pool. The beach is very nice as well. The property manager was very easy to work with and made everything go smoothly for us. I would definetely recommend staying here and would come back without hesitation.

This condo was wonderful - primely located right on the beach, and within walking distance to the state park beach. The pool was also perfectly nice. A few things that added to the experience: 1. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of bowls, cooking utensils, etc. Truly everything you could want is there. 2. Each room has a television and there are DVD players (nice if you get caught inside during a tropical storm like we did). There is also an elevator and a workout room. 3. Live Bait, the live music venue and restaurant down the street, will pick you up and drop you off in their van. Great option if you want to go out and have a few drinks. 4. Foley outlets are super close - within 15 minutes, as are a Walmart and Publix grocery store.

My family just spent a week in this unit and it was great, close to the pools, easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants close by, convenient parking, friendly and knowledgeable staff, beautiful grounds, spacious rooms. I could go on and on with my comments. If your looking for a family friendly condo, this is the place to be. Looking forward to our trip next year.

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that asked. The property was clean and well maintained and the central location allow us to do a number of things in the area(golf, shopping etc). We hated to come home and plan to rent this condo again next year. Definitely a 5 star experience.

The condo has recently been renovated, and the pictures on line do not reflect how nice it is! The two master bedrooms are very spacious, and our daughter's loved the third room. We were very pleased, and will definitely make this an annual tradition-
