Only just opened (October 2007), the Bed and Breakfast offers its guests four-star service in a family atmosphere. The three large guestrooms, provided with top-rate facilities (en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite TV), are furnished with style and comfort, down to the very last detail..
The B&B also offers its guests an ample common room, where breakfast is served every morning from 7.30 to 10.00. The three rooms are known by their distinguishing colour scheme.
It’s location in the heart of the Prati district is an excellent starting point for on-foot visiting of the Vatican Museum (150 yards from the B&B), St. Peter’s (300 yards) and Piazza del Popolo (900 yards), or all the other treasures of the Eternal City using the underground (the Ottaviano station of Metro A is only 200 yards away).

My wife and myself along with another couple stayed at this Bed and Breakfast in June 2011 for 5 nights.. Our host Paolo was fantastic. He arranged a Van to pick us up at the airport and made it available for any side trips that we needed. Paolo helped us choose our daily activities including sites and places to eat. Breakfast was always good. We particularly enjoyed the coffee with warm milk. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes walk to Vatican city.Rooms are comfortable and cooled with AC. We would recommend this B and B to anyone visiting Rome.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My husband and I stayed at the B&B in September 2009. We initially wanted to go to more expensive hotel but after few friends told us that we will not spend much time in the room we decided to go to B&B. Our friends were right, we did not spend much time at the room but the room was great. All I can say about this B&B is WOW! Paolo was great, he let us use his phone, gave us map and basically was there for whatever we needed. We had the red room (The room overlooking Vatican wall). The room was clean, bathroom was small but clean, room was large by European standards, smaller by American standards. The one thing that was a tiny problem for me is that the bed is hard as a rock, my husband did not mind it but it took me few days to get use to it. I used a blanket (provided) folded it and put it under the sheets for extra cushion and I was fine. It was quiet despite being in the busy street. Those windows are amazing they are soundproof I swear. (I need to get me some in USA) We were allowed to use mini bar in the common room that was filled with water and juices. Breakfast was basic, sweet pastries, bread, nutela, cereal, coffee, tea and milk. There is a TV in the room with few English channels, there was couple of foreign channels with American movies subtitled, so we were able to see Bad Boys one night while getting acclimated to the time difference without problem. As I said we were not in the room much so we did not watch TV. The location might not be ideal for everyone, it was for us, but it might not be for everyone. I liked the fact that I was away form touristy attractions (all but Vatican). We did walk everywhere (Rome is much more compact than you can imagine) even to Coliseum which is the farthest sight form the B&B. (approximately 2 miles) If you stay here you must check out Blue Bridge gelato place across Vatican wall, the best banana gelato I ever had. Also the restaurant on the way to the Vatican Museum (on the right) has mussels to die for.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car.
