This condo is situated on the fourth floor which features higher ceilings which gives the condo a more spacious feel. The condo affords you Maravilla’s best view of the beach and the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, and balcony. The dedicated beach is rated one of the finest in the world and stretches for miles in either direction.

Why the Owner Chose Maravilla
With the advantage of having spent considerable time in the Destin area over many years we recognize certain areas and properties that have exceptional advantages.
We reserved this Maravilla unit pre-construction in 1994 enabling the selection of this bit of paradise that looks out over the 2.5 acres of private beach. We chose the fourth floor because it has higher ceilings for a more spacious feel. It also gives a view over the palm trees for an over 180 degree view of the beach. The location is perfect because it enables a view of the pool but is far enough away from the noise to not be intrusive.

Destin Commons is Northwest Florida’s premier outdoor lifestyle center. The 56 acre center is anchored by Bass Pro Shops, Belk and Rave Motion Pictures 14-screen stadium style movie theatre.
Harbor Docks, great restaurant on Destin Harbor, where the locals go for fresh fish.

We Love Destin and Maravilla... We are Angie and Don Bennett and currently live north of Atlanta. We look forward to moving to Florida someday, but until then we visit whenever we can. Don lived in the Destin area in 1960 and we both vacationed in the area for many years until our first condo was reserved pre-construction in 1994. Since then our love of the area compelled us to invest in additional properties. Don is very active in the Destin area and is the founder of "Community Association Presidents of the Emerald Coast" (CAPEC), an organization striving to make the Destin area even better for property owners and their guests. Don is also a member of Citizens for Healthy Beaches working to make the world's best beach even better.
