This newly renovated condominium is located at Los Caracolas in beautiful Belleair Beach, Florida. The 2-story unit is found poolside and just a few steps from the beach. Belleair is located in a private, quiet area where you will be able to relax and enjoy the beach. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous and will be one of the highlights of your day!
The condo is a townhouse type unit with a full kitchen, den, and dining area located downstairs. In the living area a brand new 47 inch flat screen television and stereo system have recently been installed.
Upstairs includes a master with a beach view balcony, a new king bed with a large flat screen television, walk-in closet and full bath. A bunk room that sleeps three is found upstairs and a third bedroom with two twin beds which can be converted to a queen. A full hall bath is also found upstairs.
Parking is located just outside the door of the condo unit and there are no elevators or longs walks to the beach to deal with on your vacation.
Belleair Beach is located a few miles from Clearwater Beach with many restaurants and shopping malls. It is also located 30 miles west of Tampa. The Tampa area has many activities including: Busch Gardens, the Florida Aquarium, Adventure Island Water Park, the Lowery Park Zoo, International Mall and Westshore Mall.
