Enjoy the Grand Lake Home Experience with this beauty. It is nestled on almost an acre in the closest cove to Tulsa. The dock is 45 feet long, partially enclosed, and offers excellent platforms for swimming, boating, socializing, and fishing in a calm cove. Your lake experience will be private, but yet only five minutes from groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, and other amenities. It is about an hour drive from Tulsa, OK and Joplin, MO.
The down stairs features a fully equipped kitchen with eating area, a half bath, and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The large living room has ample leather seating and a wood burning fireplace. Your in-house entertainment includes a Wii, Xbox, small stereo, DVD player, movies, and a 37” inch TV with cable. Off the living room through the French doors is a large deck overlooking the cove and dock. The three bedrooms are upstairs. The master suite is luxurious. It features a deck over looking the lake, a large bathroom including a jetted tub, a king bed, and a sitting area with a twin pull out sofa. The second room features a view of the lake and queen bed. The bunk room has an upper bunk for one and a lower Futon for either one or two and a TV. This home is ideal for 2 families or 3 couples.
