Absolutely amazing spot. Had everything we needed and more. Excellent hiking, food and a great spot to relax. We would definitely stay here again. It was amazing to be able to get up everyday and have the Appalachian trail right there to hike.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

This cabin had everything we needed and more. Loved the location as we could walk everywhere we needed to go. Very clean and comfortable. Loved having a grill to cook out on. Hillbilly Market had great steaks. I would definitely stay here again and would consider renting the bigger one when bringing more folks.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

What a wonderful weekend my husband and I had!! Everything in the cabin was perfect. We loved all the little touches....especially the flashlights for night time walk up the hill, candles for ambiance, and a well equipped kitchen. Your cabin had everything we could need. Thank you for sharing this romantic little spot. I almost hate to rave about it and have the secret get out!!! We cannot wait to return.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a lovely stay in this cute, cozy cabin in Hot Springs. It had everything you needed, and was very clean and comfortable. As much as we enjoyed exploring the town and hiking trails, we equally enjoyed our time spent in the cabin. There were some cold nights, but the heaters and blankets supplied plenty of warmth. There was plenty of room for two people, but would not recommend for more than two. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this cabin again!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Thank you for the kind words....and what great thoughtful guests...hardly noticed that anyone was there there at all. Clean and respectful...welcome anytime.

We spent several wonderful days in the log cabin in Hot Springs. It is nicely appointed and very clean. The fire pit and patio are a bonus, as we built fires in the evening and ate outside. It is convenient to the Appalachian Trail, Asheville and other interesting sites. Hot Springs is a quiet little town and we had fun walking around and talking to the local.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Just got back from spending a great 3 day weekend in Hot Springs. Everything we did was within walking distance of this charming antique cabin. The owner has done a great job in modernizing without losing the rustic feel. We thoroughly enjoyed both the inside fireplace and the outside fire-pit during the chilly nights. We highly recommend this location to anyone who is ready to relax in a well appointed cozy cabin that is close to dining, hiking and the Hot Springs Spa.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thanks so much for the great review...very appreciated. I appreciate how nice you left everything, too. I hope you'll be back again soon!

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely little cabin at the end of July. It had a warm, comfortable feel and was extremely clean. All the linens and towels were fresh and the kitchen was fully equipped if I chose to cook a meal. Also, the cabin's location couldn't have been better. A short walk to restaurants and a connivence (dollar) store, not to mention area attractions close by. I would highly recommend this cabin for a weekend or a week's stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
If you like hiking, this is the place....so many really close by, from flat along the river trails, to more vigorous hikes like, Lover's Leap. Plenty of river activities from whitewater rafting and kayaking in season, to fishing, or just enjoying hanging out on the rocks with friends, family, and pets. I recently added a more proper fire pit with wood for those cool evenings....it also has a cooking grate for open fire cooking.
