Welcome to our Spacious, comfortable 3 bedroom Beachside Vacation Home, completely renovated in 2008. From the moment you step inside the property, you’ll feel the stresses of everyday life float away. At this point you will know you’re in your own little piece of paradise.
Conveniently nestled between Vanderbilt beach (The Ritz Carlton) and Delnor-Wiggins State Park, you can be at the Beach within 5 minutes either direction. A quick bike ride to the beach, tennis, shopping center, movie theater, ice cream parlor, restaurants, grocery store and more! Golf courses surround our location. The Red Sox Spring Training is in nearby Fort Myers only 27 miles door-to-door!
Our home offers 3 bedrooms all located on the 'bedroom wing' along a light-filled hallway. The master bedroom is at the very end of the hall and offers a king-size bed with a 42" Flat Screen Television. It also has a spacious private en-suite bathroom (retiled in 2009) and the additional luxury feature of a private slider that opens onto the lanai. The lanai overlooks our mature grapefruit tree and tropical landscaping. The remaining two bedrooms are up the hall as you walk towards the kitchen. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom offers a bunk bed (the bottom bunk is a full size, the top is a twin). Luxurious pillow-topped mattresses are on each bed. A full bath along this bedroom wing serves as the bathroom for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms (both bathrooms beautifully retiled in 2009). Each room has spacious closets,extra linens, and ceiling fans.
All floors are newly tiled, all furniture is Brand New, all walls are Freshly Painted, all appliances and furnishings are NEW-so Enjoy! Our goal is to have EVERY guest want to return!
Gather for meals around the kitchen island (with seating for 6) or catch the news on a flat screen tv. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a full complement of cookware, utensils, bar ware and dinnerware, and was put together by someone who likes to entertain. Enjoy a more formal dinner in the lounge area where there is a table that could seat 6-8, or enjoy dinner on the lanai! Feel free to grab a grapefruit off the tree in the back yard! They are delicious!
The overall decor and design of ‘Grapefruit Getaway‘ reflects the cottage-style life. Archways lead you from one room to the next. Enjoy the lanai overlooking the backyard. Ceiling fans in every room make it comfortable to enjoy the open air tropical ‘green’ life style. All-new furnishings throughout the home are beautiful and comfortable. Furniture and wall colors are Soft and Neutral to enhance the tranquil feel of the home.
Sleeping configuration: Master – king size bed; Bedroom 2 – queen bed; Bedroom 3 – bunk full/twin beds; Queen sleeper sofa in lounge area. Amenities: Large lanai with seating, large backyard with mature grapefruit tree, lawn and garden are well-manicured and landscaped with lighting. Privacy fences offer you your own Beach Paradise. Fully equipped kitchen, a/c, color satellite 42” flat screen TV, DVD, I-Pod docking station and stereo, washer / dryer. Linens and towels are provided, beach towels as well. Catering can be arranged. 4 new bikes with locks in garage; beach chairs, cooler--all in garage. Enjoy the many board games, puzzles, or simply reading a book on the chaise lounge. Maid service can be scheduled.
Parking: One car garage with private off street parking for two-three cars maximum. Restrictions: Smoke free house. Smoking permitted outside only. Small pets only please.

After a great day on the beach, returning to watch a spectacular sunset! There are great restaurants, great things to do, and most of all we REALLY relax when we're there.

We love Naples and we savor every trip we make back! Our vacation home is in a great location and we've made it very comfortable. We are the proud parents of a 5 year old and we all enjoy the ESCAPE that Naples provides our family! A direct flight from Boston and within 25 minutes from the airport (RSW-Ft. Myers) we pull in the driveway! We have enjoyed our beautiful vacation home each and the many girls trips, guys trips, family & friends trips! We've been honored that almost all of our guests have returned, which is the ultimate compliment! Because we are still in our 40's, we are working full time and longing for the day that we can enjoy months at a time in this phenomenal location! This was our first home away from home experience and we absolutely enjoyed it. The house is very close to both Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Vanderbilt beach. We could spend the morning on the beach, cook and eat lunch at the house, then head back to the beach after a nap. We found almost everything we needed in the house: beach chairs, bikes, plenty of towels and cooking utensils. The grapefruit tree was a wondeful plus. Becky also gives very good recommendations on restaurants and fun places. Thank you Becky!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We recently returned from a great week staying in Greg and Becky's home Naples Park. Their home is beautiful with many recent upgrades. The rain shower head in the master bath put another task on my home to-do list. We spent most of the time that were at the house on the lanai, although I did catch part of the Masters on their nice wide screen TV. The weather could not have been better ranging between 85-88 each day, so we would head off to the Vanderbuilt beach which is close by. Beach during the day and it was off to one of the many restaurants in the area at night. As Becky recommended we caught the beautiful sunset from the deck at the Naples Golf Resort right off of 41. We took a couple of trips down to 5th Avenue approximately 20 minutes away and somehow we always seemed to end the night at the Blue Martini which is located in a new section called the Mercato 5 minutes from the house. Although I'm not a martini drinker I enjoyed other beverages and the live music every night. This was our first trip to Naples, Although we have been to the "east coast' mostly, West Palm Beach, a number of times, we both agreed that we would like to go back to Naples. I know that the same people usually return to Greg and Becky's home each year and now we know why. We had a great week and hopefully can return in the future for a longer stay.

Our family stayed here during the week of Christmas and had a blast. The home's location is the best--very convenient to the beaches and not far from the 5th Avenue shops and the bay. We loved biking around and cooking in. The grapefruit tree was awesome! Naples is beautiful. Becky was great to work with. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The property was as described in the listing and photos. It was a very comfortable house and had a nice lay-out for a family. It was clean and well-maintained and instructions for operating the air conditioning and other appliances were clear and easy to follow. We were visiting family in Pelican Marsh so it was a very convenient location for us. The owner was responsive to any questions we had and asked if we had any suggestions for improving the rental experience. I would recommend the house to friends and relatives and will stay there again if the occasion arises.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. This home had plenty of room for our family and is in a great neighborhood. We took the bicycles to Wiggins Park and out to the beach for a morning ride almost every day. We love Naples and have been going for years. There is so much to do and staying in Grapefruit Getaway was the perfect location. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!

What a wonderful way to spend the month of January! We found this house to be very spacious and well equipped. It was only a short ride to Delnor Wiggins Pass Park which was our favorite way to spend the day. Beautiful beach with dolphins passing by, and gorgeous sunsets to end the day. Close to many good restaurants (especially liked Randy's) which was just down the street. Loved it here so much we are returning again next January.

We enjoyed our stay so much we are returning again next year. New bikes were available for an easy ride to Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park- a favorite spot. The grapefruits were delicious- a treat! All in all, a comfortable home away from home!
