Villa 8H has been called the best unit in the complex by many other owners and guests alike. It sits just behind the Waikoloa Beach Golf Coarse's signature 12th hole T box with sweeping views over the fairway to the ocean. Step off your private lanai to an expansive lawn with one of the largest green belts in the complex-the next building is a couple hundred feet away. Have kids? They'll enjoy the big lawn to play on. Or, set up the croquette set and enjoy a few games.
We love to cook, so we've equipped the kitchen with plenty of quality appliances and tools. Small appliances include; automatic coffee maker, toaster, coffee grinder and blender to whip a tastey fresh smoothie. Tastefully decorated with natural grass cloth wall paper in 2 bedrooms and the living/dining area, we've set out to give it a warm Aloha feel.
Enjoy the sweeping views on the lanai while grilling up some locally caught fish or Island raised beef on the gas BBQ. Inside the front closet you'll find boogey boards, tennis rackets, a basketball and a croquette set for you to enjoy while you stay.

We stayed in this unit at the beginning of March 2011. Within 30 minutes, our girls were in their bathing suits, enjoying the sun on their back and the grass on their feet right outside the patio door. Within 60 minutes of arriving, we were all enjoying a walk in the grass to the wonderful pool club. As the adults enjoyed a couple of Happy Hour Mai Tais, the girls enjoyed the three level pool and spitting turtle fountain. The unit it self was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances enabling us to do plenty of cooking, eating on the lanai and enjoying the setting sun. We hope to be able to return to this unit many times.

This is the second year that we've stayed at this property and are making reservations to return again in 2011. The condo overlooks the a golf course to the ocean - it's beautiful. The condo is beautifuly appointed and very comfortable. The pool area, just a short walk away, is stunning - right on the ocean. We love going to condo 8H and highly recommend it!

What a wonderful time we had at Hali 'i Kai 8H Wonderful weather, beautiful sunsets and lots of time to relax. Our family returned to Seattle tanned, rested and reenergized...A lovely way to start the summer. Thank you for having a fabulous place :-)

Absolutely stunning accomodations and location. From the beautiful decor, to the peaceful setting, to the incredible sunset views and level of detail even in the bath. One could not ask for a more elegant and relaxing vacation. Cannot recommend highly enough! I will be back, over and over again!
