  • Kid Friendly: This would be nice enviroment for a family BBQ outside. Children must be supervised at all times, no exceptions. This property is not fenced, the pool can be dangerous for children that do not know how to swim, and there are many expensive breakables around the house. Children must be under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times no matter what the circumstance.
  • Not Suitable for Children: This house has many breakable, expensive, irreplacable family heirlooms; do not let any children touch or play near these items at anytime for any reason. Please treat this property as you would your own home.
