This house is amazing! We had 3 adults and 4 children and we still had space left over! You get so much house for the price. Stores and attractions were very convenient. I had never rented a vacation home before so I was a little nervous but Vicky was wonderful to work with and we had absolutely no issues. I would highly recommend this home. We thought the home looked woderful in the pictures but when we walked through the door we were simply amazed. Thank you for making our vacation fantastic.

Paradise in Davenport

My husband and I took our 3 grandchildren to Disney for the first time and stayed at this house. The house was very large, had plenty of room for everyone and had everything we needed for the week plus more. And the pool was fantastic. The pictures on this site do not do the house justice, it is very very nice. We would highly recommend it to everyone. It only took us about 15 minutes max to get to Disney. Thanks, Vicky and Dave, for a wonderful vacation and all the memories we now have of our first trip with the grandchildren to Florida.

We had a great time as did the whole family. We were pleased with the location and Villa and it made our stay very relaxed but also enjoyable for the kids. We spent a fortnight at Dave & Vicky's house in Davenport and can thoroughly recommend it. The house was clean and bright with all of the amenities of home. The danger is that you don't want to go out as there is so much to do in the house. Disney and all of the places you would want to go are no more than 20 minutes away in the car and the estate is very peaceful with friendly neighbours (when you see them). We cannot recommend it enough, thanks for a great place to stay!!

The villa was beautiful as described. I couldn't believe how easy it was to get to the Disney area.Hopefully in the future we can stay again and have more time at your villa.We couldn't figure out the internet but we didn't have time anyway.I met some of your neighbors and they're very nice.I know several families that go to Florida and I would recommend your place anytime. The Villa is everything and more than expected, it was very clean, and exactly as described. The master bedroom is beautiful and the kids were thrilled with their rooms, they were out of this world, we had a great time in Orlando during our vacation and would return without a second thought. Would willig stay again the only downside of the whole holiday was the weather, if you can sort the weather out for next year we would really appreciate it LOL.

The villa is truly amazing, the photos do not do the villa justice, its so much bigger than we imagined. We loved it from the minute we walked in, we also loved the pool at night with the lights changing, it really was just so relaxing being in the country and yet only a short drive to Disney World, we had a truly fantastic time and cant wait to return!
