Large unit for a 1 bedroom directly on the gulf. Separate area for bunk beds.1 and a half baths. Sofa bed can be used if you need additional sleeping accommodations. Patio right outside the door grassy area then up on the boardwalk to the beach. Nicely decorated and updated.

Can't beat this price to be in a gulf front unit. Walk out the door and head to the beach. No traffic to cross or even have to get back into your car.

                    I apologize for there not being a washer/dryer for tenents use but there was one forever and it was removed by the HOA because no one was using it. Sand is not nasty just grainy and it should not have been in a freshy made clean bed. Any chance the sand came off of you when you got into bed. Checked the remote and the batteries were dead. That was a shoe polish mark on the carpet that no one had bothered to tell me about so when I found out from housekeeping on Friday, the carpet cleaners addressed it very quickly. I would have appreciated a phone call to my cell number, which the renter had, to tell me about these grievances rather than read them on VRBO. This unit is booked solid all the time and I am sorry that your stay was an unpleasant one but unless you call us and let us make things right, we have no way of knowing until your checkout and that isn't fair to us because housekeeping did come back the next day and make the beds fresh and clean after the renter called to report the problems. Sorry, I can't do anything about the distance to the beach. Nature made that distance not me.

                    We stayed in this condo for 3 nights. We were told there was a washer/dryer on the 2nd floor but there wasn't. There was sand in the bed the first night....nasty. The remote control did not work in the master bedroom, the floors were dirty when we got there. Extremely long walk to the beach. We will never be back, would definetely not recommend staying here.
