The ground floor is a simple entry with direct access to the 2 car garage, laundry room and back yard. The second floor has the comfy living room, dining area, fully appointed kitchen, bedrooms #2 and #3 and a full bathroom. The living room has a gas log fireplace to enjoy while watching the 27’ TV or listening to your favorite music on the multi-disc stereo. You will enjoy this great space with the open air feel under a two story ceiling and lots of large picture windows offering a view of Baldy’s rugged east side- perfect for when the snow falls or the sun shines! Bedroom #2 has a full bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twins with the full bathroom conveniently located just outside their doors. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the third floor, and has a loft feel with shutters that can be opened to look down on the living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and a chaise to lounge in. The big bathroom suite has double sinks, a semi private toilet and a relaxing jetted tub with a separate tiled shower. A good sized walk in closet finishes off the bathroom.
But what about outside the townhome? A short 2 block walk will allow you to enjoy the bike/walking path (cross country skiing in the Winter!) that links the entire Wood River Valley. Just a few minutes on the path will land you at the River Run base area of Bald Mountain with its high speed quad chair lifts and stunning log lodge. The townhome is located far enough from downtown Ketchum to feel cozy and secluded but close enough to be connected to all the town has to offer- Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall!
