The beautiful 3 bedroom + Den/3.5 bath home boasts 3500sf of living area on two levels. In addition to the main living area, you have access to the home entertainment room with big screen TV, billiards and wet bar. Private 7 man hot tub, 2 car garage and gas grill. Without any twin beds, this home is great for couples and comfortably sleeps 8.
There are many beautiful mountain accents throughout, the massive peeled logs truly give this home the special mountain feel to make your mountain vacation even more memorable.
The Chef in your party will love the Gourmet kitchen, Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 5 burner Jenn-Aire island stove, plenty of counter space and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. There is no question everyone will want to congregate in this very welcoming kitchen.
The main level is where you will find the Gourmet Kitchen, dining area, living area with leather sofa's and reclining chair, Direct TV, DVD, Bose stereo and wood burning fireplace. There is a large deck off of the living/dining area where you can enjoy the views, or BBQ on the gas grill. Also on the main level is the Master bedroom with King bed, private bath with double vanity and dual heads in the shower. 1/2 bath and Den/office with a Double futon are also on this level.
The lower level showcases the media room with flat screen TV, billiards table, wet bar and private 7 man hot tub right outside. This is a great place for anyone who wants to relax with a DVD, or a great opportunity to test your skills at billiards. Oh, and don't forget about the sauna for anyone who needs to thaw out after a long day on the mountain. The large laundry room with additional freezer is also on this level. The two other suites are located on opposite ends to offer additional privacy, one with a Kind bed and private bath, the other with a Queen and Jack/Jill bath.
This private home is conveniently located about 1 mile outside of the Keystone Resort, 8 miles to Arapahoe Basin, 10 to Breckenridge and approx. 15 to Copper. Vail/Beaver Creek/Arrowhead are 45 min.-1 hour away. No where else in North America are you able to experience seven world class ski areas in this close proximity to each other.
We know how hard it is to leave your 4-legged family member behind -dogs are welcome in this home.
