Sunrise Ridge is a new waterfront resort located on warm and sandy Rathtrevor Beach. This condo is the largest 2 bedroom in the main lodge with 12' ceilings. This professionally decorated "home away from home" comes complete with all you need to make your holiday comfortable.
You will be pampered with top-of-the-line appliances and furnishings including a 32" flat screen TV in the living room, 2 19" flat screen TV's in each of the 2 bedroom, pillow top mattresses, granite countertops, in-floor heating, cozy electric fireplace and a patio with barbecue. There are 2 full bathrooms; one with an oversized 2 person shower, the other with a large soaker tub. Washer and dryer are in suite. 24 hour front desk staff are available to assist you with any questions or needs.
Parksville is well-known for its year round golfing, sandy beaches and moderate climate. With its central location on Vancouver island, you are well positioned for day trips to Victoria, Tofino, and many of the surrounding islands. Visit Mount Washington (1 hour away) for down-hill skiing/snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. Indulge yourself at the world famous "Grotto Spa".

Why the Owner Chose Parksville
John and I are recent "arrivals" to Vancouver Island having spent most of our lives in Alberta. We love the proximity to both the ocean and the mountains. Parksville is ideally situated for a holiday home on the island, offering some of the warmest, summer ocean water in Canada and incredible sandy beaches. Being centrally located on the island, it allows for easy day trips to Mount Washington, Tofino, the Gulf Islands, and many other well-known attractions.
