Wow!!!! What can I say, we had a fantastic time during our stay in the tree house. Everyone had their own space and we were all very comfortable. The tree house is in a great location and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go easily. I would recommend this rental to everyone...you won't regret it. We look forward to coming back really soon. The house is also perfect for dogs, they had the best time ever!!

We just spent a week on a Gulfport vacation. The things we liked the most were the Biloxi shrimp boat excursion, food at the Half Shell Oyster House and the buffet at the Island View Casino, but most of all we LOVED the Tree House property. The house has everything you could need. The kitchen is modern and complete. The floor plan is perfect. The back yard is perfect, especially if you have your pet with you. When you let your dog out at night, motion detectors automatically turn the lights on for them. Bring your mosquito repellant to really enjoy all the amenities in the back yard. There are quality TVs everywhere you could want one. Walk to the beach or enjoy a stroll in the lovely neighborhood. Donna is a wonderful owner and always answered my emails in a timely manner.

This is a beautiful home. Decorated tastefully on a quiet street one block away from the beach. The beach was gorgeous. The whole family had a wonderful time. We are definitely going to come back here. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Super, outstanding, amazing....just some of the words to describe this house.

The Tree House was much more than I had ever anticipated. It was and is amazing. To say that we had a relaxing visit is an understatement. Donna and Keith are the most kind, generous and thoughful home owners one could ever imagine for a vacation rental. Tree House is spacious, impecably decorated, adorned with great art from W. Anderson and virtually every accoutrement needed in the kitchen to make the stay most enjoyable. We loved the daily walks in the neighborhood with Duncan, our Airedale, making and meeting new friends. The entire coast region is 'spot on' in terms of delicious Southern Hospitality. Tree House is perfectly located for proximity to casinos, golf, beach and dining. For a killer golf course, try Grand Bear, a Jack Nicklaus designed course. Actually, it is a rather large collection of sandtraps with a green plopped in the middle of them from time to time. Gulf Hills became a favorite course at Ocean Springs. Thanks to Donna, we went to Ocean Springs three times, trying new restaurants, shopping and golf. Salute' restaurant is close by, pet friendly and not bad, although a bit overhyped. Keith recommended Shaggy's, also pet friendly, which we enjoyed twice. Thanks, Keith. White Cap is a really good seafood restaurant just 2.5 miles from Tree House. Good food, good service and good view. For OUTSTANDING BBQ, you must try Coops Rib Crib. The brisket and pulled pork will make you return again and again. Donna and keith sent us to Brooklyn Pizza which had garlic knots, something I had only had in the Bronx, New York!! A must try. We have many great memories and art gifts to keep us ever mindfull of our trip to the coast and Tree House. The privacy of the place is so inviting. It was a wonderful winter respite, one we will never forget and I'm sure we will be back. Thank you Donna and Keith for making it so special for us!! Steve, Marilyn and Sir Duncan!

This home is wonderful, the pictures does not do it justice. It was so relaxing and the view of the beach is so nice. We met with family and friends while we were down and they all loved the place. The home was decorated for Christmas both inside and out when we arrived which made it even more special. I would recommend this home especially for families with children. My grandson can't wait to go back and stay in the tree house again.

Pix do not do this house justice. House is much bigger than it appears. Owner's extremely helpful and courteous. Nicely appointed, yet very comfortable and "home like". Close to everything, but far enough away at the same time. We have already tried to rebook and it's booked, don't want to look for another house, but we must. Close to great restaurants in Gulfport and all the events in Biloxi, and Keesler AFB.

This beautifully kept home was more than we could have asked for. Our entire family including 2 doggies thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The front and back yards are fenced making it an easy task to let the dogs out, without worry. The home is 1 block from the main beach street. We drove our truck to the beach each morning to carry all of the items we wanted with us on the beach, making it easy for everyone to walk back and forth during the day. The two upstairs bedrooms are very nice and both open to a beautiful balcony/pation area with very nice views of the gulf. We sat out there each morning and enjoyed the beautiful shaded areas. The queen bedroom is the largest of the two upstairs with a nice bathroom they share. Downstairs there is a fantastic walk in shower next to a double bedroom, also very spacious. This area was so handy as my daughter broke her foot one week before this trip and was very limited in getting around on her crutches. She was thrilled to have the amenities easily accessible. The daybed room was perfect for friends that came in for one night only. With 2 daybeds and 2 trundles they had plenty of room/privacy. The home is located very close to the railroad therefore if you are a light sleeper , bring provisions for that.My husband and I stayed in the upstairs king room and we were not bothered by the trains. The home is very cozy and easy to keep clean. I would bring with me next time, though, a cordless vacuum to make it easier to keep up with the daily dust/sand that comes into the home with the daily traffic. We loved everything about our stay and would return without hesitation. Donna was very nice and informative about her home.
Owner response:I took your advice and bought a cordless vacuum.

The home was in an excellent location. The home was very clean. Also the owner was very cooperative with requests that was needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. Everything was perfect except for the beach. We were there to relax on the beach too, since it was not so crowded. I don't know if something was going on around the area because there were dead fish, stingrays, birds all over the beach area.
Owner response:I wonder if the emptying of the overflow from the Mississippi river into the Mississippi Sound had something to do with this unusual occurance?

Sadly we had to cancel our reservation due to other family plans, but I felt compelled to post that the owner was very professional and promptly refunded the portion of our deposit as was promised if that particular situation arose. We hope to visit this lovely home sometime in the future. Thank you so much for your understanding and courtesy.

I just returned from a long weekend with family at the tree house and am a bit reluctant to advise just how wonderful the accomodations are as dates appear difficult to secure unless done in advance. The home is beautifully appointed and lovingly maintained. Attention to detail in each and every area had everyone convinced they had the best room - from the two bedrooms upstairs to the day beds in the sun room and the downstairs bedroom - each was special. Everything is in place for a completely relaxing holiday. The wonderful shaded deck offers great views of the beach and gulf and the nicely landscaped backyard is perfect for barbeques, seafood or just relaxing in the sun or in the shaded seating areas. I cannot imagine how this could be improved upon, just terrific in every way.

This house is even more beautiful than the pictures. The layout was perfect to accommodate my immediate and extended family for our special trip together. The Tree House is conveniently located near the beach, great restaurants, shopping and a variety of attractions. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The amentities at the house exceeded our expectations. The Rowland's were easy to work with and eager to ensure we had a pleasant visit in their home. We want to stay in the Tree House again! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Our family (3 Adults and 2 Dogs) stayed at the Gulf Breeze Tree House last week and we are already trying to find time to return. This is a great location. The neighborhood is very peaceful. You can see the beach from the house. The beaches were not overly crowded. The casinos are just a short drive up the road. Lots of local restaurants to enjoy (Burger Burger, Blow Fly Inn, High Cotton and more). The house was spotless and well maintained. Donna was very friendly, responsive and quick to return our deposit. I highly recommend this property.

I rented the Tree House for my sister's bachelorette party (10 ladies) and it couldn't have been more perfect. The house was easy to find and in a central location to everything. It is beautifully furnished, has tons of room, was very clean and has a spectacular view of the gulf/beach from the deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was also very clean and delightful! The only downside about the house was the parking, but it wouldn't stop me from returning again. Thanks to Donna and Keith for investing in such a wonderful place!

Dear Donna, Keith and other future guests, My family and I had a wonderful time at this home, only footsteps away from the Gulf. We started our holiday with candycanes stirrers and hot chocolate awaiting us, compliments of the hosts. The house was also fully decorated for the holidays. The children thought it was super terrific!!! We ended our visit with meditation on the peaceful and windy beach. We will visit again! You should try it too!

Loved the decor, excellent taste. My sister loved the breezeway to the garage so much she wants to add to her house plans. Nice clean house! My family really enjoyed having coffee on the peaceful balcony while gazing at the beach. The beds were so comfortable! It feels like a home instead of a rental. The exterior of the house is so pretty. Nice clean crisp look! I will refer my friends and family members for this property. Just hope it is available when we return!

We were the first guest to stay at the Gulf Breeze Tree House so it's only fitting we write the first review. On a Thursday in October we decided to make a visit to the coast for the weekend. We called a rental realtor and it so happened the Tree House had just been released to rent. There were no pictures on the web yet but she assured us we would be pleased. We arrived after dark and passed the place up because it looked to great to be a rental. It is in a perfect location close to all activities. Having coffee on the deck and looking out at the gulf is a perfect way to start the day. The entire house has been redone and is beautiful. It has plenty of room and privacy for several couples or a family. We loved the Tree House so much we have already booked a longer stay for this October!
