Also, there are two further bedrooms, one featuring a Queen size bed and the third bedroom outfitted with 2 twin beds. No need to bring linens or go to the Laundromat...we have everything you need, just like home!

The fully equipped kitchen, which has a pass through to the lanai, comes with new appliances, ice maker, and dishwasher! Everything you need - that's if you so wish to cook!

The pool area - with southern exposure - is fully screened, has a comfortable patio set, loungers and a large BBQ grill for everyone's enjoyment. The new heated pool features ceramic dolphins swimming and fiber optic lighting; choose your color in the evening to set the mood! The pool overlooks the canal and the additional patio with boat dock; you can salt water fish off your own dock! This beautiful, waterfront home has direct access and is minutes away from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We have a 20' motor boat with 150HP johnson outboard motor available to those boating enthusiasts at an additional nominal weekly charge.

  • We stayed in this vacation home for the month of Feb. 2009. The home is in a very good SE location within walking distance to Yacht Club where there is a beach, casual outdoor eating restaurant, and lots of people. We were within handy driving distance to all stores and restaurants. The home was very comfortable. Beds were just right. Home was clean and nicely decorated. Pool and lanai were great, sunny and spacious. Fun lights in the pool at night. Enjoyed the enclosed porch/lanai for eating and visiting. Nice sized gas grill too. We rented the boat and really enjoyed touring the canals, river, and the gulf. Went to Sanibel Island and even to Fort Myers Beach by boat. Eat at Grandma Dots at Sanibel. Easy to dock the boat there and good food. The owners of the home truly wanted us to have a great time and we did. Good experience.
