My family and I sincerely enjoyed our stay. It seems that the owner thought of everything as a vacation host – Brad – is extremely organized, professional, responsive and kind! Emails were promptly returned when we had the numerous questions before our vacation and we arrived late at night – on the weekend - he was there to greet us and show us around. The home was extremely clean and well maintained, it was exactly as the description mentioned to our relief. Everything you could ever need on a vacation was there for our use! It was easy to access the boat and what a great time we had out on the water. We had such a nice time and we are hoping to return again next year, I HIGHLY recommend this home. Thanks again for such a great timeRecommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a fabulous vacation we had!!! We've rented several houses in Cape Coral over the past 10 years but this one by far has been the best yet. The view is great--sunrises included--and the house is very clean, comfortable and inviting. Nadia and Brad are wonderful hostesses and they have equipped the house with all the comforts of home. We WILL be back to the Cape and their home for another great escape. I can't wait....highly recommended!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Myself and the family were very pleased; the home has everything you need. The house was lovely and located in a fantastic area. The owners were very courteous and great to deal with. Boating in the area was unbelievable; the boat is very well maintained, very comfortable and reliable. The home is exactly like it is shown in the pictures; this house had all the comforts of home and more, it was very clean and well-kept, it had everything included...linens, towels, everything we needed in the kitchen, very comfortable furnishings and it was located close enough to walk to the downtown Cape. There were no hidden fees in this rental! This was a great vacation, and I would recommend this property to anyone!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

As I am sadly limited on the amount of words, I will write bullet points: -No one to greet us or show us around, nothing left for us about the area (only a pile of outdated and ripped pieces of papers, same for the boat maps) - Filthy house and also very dated (ants everywhere, flies stuck in grease on cooking hob, peeling paint everywhere) -Dangerous pool area (concrete broken in several places, my son cut his foot!!!)Trunk filled with broken and moldy items, throw them away!!! Only 1 sun lounger for the 6 of us (and a pile of broken, rusty chairs). A broken parasol, all rusty with spikes coming through the fabric- unusable. -Cold and dirty pool (the pump was not working for 3 days!!!) -Boat had barely enough fuel in it to take us to the pump in the marina (contract stipulated it would be full!) and on Easter sunday when the Marina is closed, you can imagine the disaster. No safety items on the boat and it didn't always start!! -Building work next door all week (with builders coming into our garden to cut trees!!!! at 8.30 in the morning!!! Same owner as this house so he could have told us, disgusting behaviour!! The list goes on but I guess you understand that this property is awful and dealing with the owners is equally bad. What can you do when you have paid for the whole thing 30 days prior to your arrival...? Apart from contacting your lawyer, which we will certainly do in order to get some compensation for a truly disastrous week.Owner response: Needless to say we are absolutely stunned and upset to receive this review. We have had nothing but great feedback from our previous guests and we work very hard to ensure all our guests leave our property, and their vacation happy! We have a property manager who greets our guests, she greeted the family and no complaints were mentioned to her. As far as we were aware everything was great until we received an email Friday morning advising us that they had some 'concerns'. They were leaving the following morning so we were not sure why, if they were so unhappy, that they did not make us aware of their 'concerns' earlier? We did telephone them immediately to try to understand what their concerns were, but unfortunately it would appear that there was no pleasing this family. There were outstanding monies owed to us since they had not paid in full which we offered them to keep in order to have them leave the home happy, which they accepted and kept. It is unfortunate to see this review but we did all we could, the home is in great condition and very well kept. We take pride in our properties.

This house was immaculate, very well stocked and the perfect size for the 6 of us. A beautiful place to soak up sun, swim, go boating, and watch the sunset in the evening. We especially enjoyed the design of the property (home and grounds), with the beautiful and large pool, fantastically equipped kitchen and comfortable bed and common areas. The location is in the yacht club neighborhood where there are many places to walk and enjoy the scenery. Very safe neighbourhood. We swam everyday and it was very pleasant because the pool was heated. It was a wonderful vacation!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife, our two small children and I started our trip to Florida in Cape Coral and it was absolutely fantastic. It was pleasant from the booking, to check in then to checking out. The house is in a great location, 20 minute drive from the airport, walking distance to restaurants, shops, spa, tennis and yacht club beach. Working with Nadia and Brad was a pleasure and I would definitely do it again. House was amazing and exactly as shown in photos. Spent many hours lounging by the pool, the grounds are immaculate and well kept. Gas BBQ outside (and not even charged extra). Everything is clean and well maintained, which even surpassed my wife's standards. Planning a second trip back in spring!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This home is in a great location and was perfect for our family. There are a host of restaurants and grocery stores right up the street from us. Iguana Mia (Spanish) and Papa Joe’s Italian restaurant was two of our favourites. The weather was fantastic, hot and sunny everyday which made swimming and boating even more enjoyable but when we needed to cool down and duck out of the sun for a bit, the home provided the cool comfort that was needed. The home is very nicely decorated, inviting and very clean, the beds were amazing. The kitchen provided all we needed when we decided to cook ourselves. The home offered all the amenities that you use at home which was a pleasant surprise! Thank you and see you next year!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

The accommodations were perfect and were exactly as described and shown on the website. Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations and the location of the home was perfect…two minutes to the open waters (great boat brad, personable captain who provided us the refresher lesson), the yacht club beach only a 5 minute bike ride away, and the shopping and restaurants all close by and the pool at night was great! The owners are very responsive and answered all our questions (and there were A LOT prior to our booking with them) without any hesitation or frustration. We would definitely stay again, highly recommended.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We stayed at Property #212232 from 21. June to 12. July 2011. I would like to mention the good ones first: the swimming pool and the kitchen facilities were nice. The local support manager Mrs. Erika was also lovely and nice. Unfortunately it was not possible -even after talking to the house owner- to get a pleasant and cool temperature in the master bedroom because the air-condition did not work properly. In the first week mainly evenings and by raining there were a plenty of vermin in the breakfast room, living-room and also in the master bedroom so that we had to call even the pet control. After coming the pet control the situation improved positively. However, we suppose it did not happen at all any this kind of fight against vermin before. Only 2 of the bicycles mentioned in the home page of the house description could be used. The other ones were out of order. The shower did not have any water/hydraulic pressure and removable sprinkler head. The boat support service for 1.5 hours took 200 $ which price is very expensive. Due to the above mentioned facts we could not really enjoy our summer holiday in this house. We can not recommend this house.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 6/6

Starting with the courteousness of the owners and property manager and ending with an incredible week in the Cape! The home is decorated with class and all the conveniences and comforts were provided. We enjoyed the large pool, the fantastic boat trips with dolphin watching, the bike rides and the great beaches all close by. We can’t say enough about the care and desire of the owners wanting us and the kids to have a great vacation! Thank you Brad and Nadia…see you next year!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Although any location in Florida would have been an improvement over cold, snowbound upstate New York, we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home to escape to this year! Every ammenity was provided in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms, including quality cookware, beautiful linens (even beach towels!), comfortable furnishings, large screen TV, boom box and internet, and the home was spotless upon our arrival. The property manager attended immediately to our every need and kept the pool pristine. We brought our own 17' boat, and enjoyed the river and an easy route to Sanibel and lower Pine Island Sound (including numerous dolphin sightings!) right from our own dock. The proximity to the (free) boat ramp at the yacht club made it enjoyable to take our boat out several times also, to explore upper Pine Island, Boca Grande and Cayo Costa State Park, and launch into the back bay of Fort Myers from Lovers Key. Groceries and restaurants nearby. We had a fabulous vacation!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Brad, Nadia We had a wonderful two weeks of vacation at your place; the accommodations were very nice, clean and updated making it feel like home. Our weather was fantastic throughout the entire time we were there. Our visit included alot of day trips to Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers beaches, which were all in close proximity (15 minutes) to your home – that was excellent. We took a few walks (only 10 min) down to the pier / beach at the yacht club - lots of activities going on there and fun to watch. Having two weeks allowed us to do a lot of sightseeing, checking out the whole area and all that South Florida has to offer. Erika met us on the day of arrival ensuring we got well acclamated to the area as well as the home itself. Having barbeques at night with the pool (cool fibre optic lighting option) and opportunity to fish all at the same time kept us busy in an enjoyable way. Fishing from the dock was exceptional with many mangrove snappers landed along with the loads of catfish. Everyday there were seveal sightings of mullets jumping on the surface so lots of activity happening while enjoying the surroundings. All in all it was a very relaxing and memorable trip – one we have not stop talking about since we left. Once again, thank you from our family and looking forward to the next trip already. Mike & I stayed at this location the last 2 weeks of April, and we found this "home" a cut above the rest of the rental properties that we have rented over the years in Florida. It was well stocked, perfectly maintained, spotlessly clean, all linens are new and laundered, and the beds,,, Heaven!!! Mike has arthritis and we travel with our own pillow top, but it stayed in our travel bag. The pool is quite charming with the lights at night and sitting around it in the daytime listening to a very sweet mockingbird,, The boat was awesome,, we did alot of traveling and exploring through the ICW and even had a shore lunch on Picnic island, and also stopped for lunch at Grandma Dots on Sannibel Island,, Mike caught over 50 fish this holiday, and I drove the boat, (very user friendly) as Mike caught his fish, We even had the opportunity to meet the Owner Brad as he came down to check on the new addition to the pool "Cage" and to make sure things were running smooth. He is a "hands on guy" and will meet everyone of your needs. It was nice working with Nadia as we had alot going on in our lives through this venture, and they both were very caring and they just couldnt do enough for us.. and we thank them for that,,,, We would not hesitate to recommend Nadia's and Brad's Florida "Home" to anyone... We are hoping to return again next spring,, our serch for treasure is over,,, WE FOUND IT!! See you next year!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed in Brad and Nadia's Cape Coral home the third week in Jan 2010. We couldn't have been happier with the property. The yacht club area is one of the nicest on the cape. About a 10-15 minute walk away, the yacht club offers a beautiful beach, huge heated pool, fishing pier and casual outdoor dining. The house is comfortable, nicely furnished and we found it immaculate upon arrival. The property manager was fiendly and responsive. Our kids loved the heated pool and we caught mangrove snapper right off the dock. The boat is quite capable and it's only about 150 yards from the dock/lift on the canal behind the house to open water. We will definitely stay here again, in fact we wish we were still there now!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/3

The house was great and very cozy, we felt as if we were at home. It was well stocked with many items e.g. storage bags for food, saran wrap, salt & pepper and spices just to name a few. The pool was great - we used it every day, we also used the barbeque several nights. We would stay there again if the opportunity arises and would recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely, centrally located place to stay in Cape Coral.Did you find this review helpful? “Lovely setting. Quiet and comfortable. The pool was great…a large screened in patio area and lots of beautiful trees. Very convenient to just about everything. Enjoyed our first stay this past October so much that we have booked an even longer stay in 2010. The boat is a great addition…dolphins jumping right next to you…incredible!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/3

We stayed in this vacation home for the month of Feb. 2009. The home is in a very good SE location within walking distance to Yacht Club where there is a beach, casual outdoor eating restaurant, and lots of people. We were within handy driving distance to all stores and restaurants. The home was very comfortable. Beds were just right. Home was clean and nicely decorated. Pool and lanai were great, sunny and spacious. Fun lights in the pool at night. Enjoyed the enclosed porch/lanai for eating and visiting. Nice sized gas grill too. We rented the boat and really enjoyed touring the canals, river, and the gulf. Went to Sanibel Island and even to Fort Myers Beach by boat. Eat at Grandma Dots at Sanibel. Easy to dock the boat there and good food. The owners of the home truly wanted us to have a great time and we did. Good experience.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/5
