This gorgeous condo has a very comfortable living room with leather sofas and a large plasma screen TV with satellite, DVD & stereo w Ipod dock, and WiFi internet. The three master bedrooms are supplied with quality linens, have full ensuite bathrooms with showers, and large mahogany closets and private balconies. The dining area which has seating for six guests and the fully equipped kitchen are both tastefully decorated. You have a lovely deck off the kitchen/dining room to enjoy a morning coffee or evening refreshment.
On the upper floor, there's a third beautiful bedroom with a comfortable king bed, spacious closet and full ensuite bathroom with shower looking out to an inviting lush roof-top patio with a wet bar and recreational area to enjoy and relax in. You'll love enjoying a glass of wine up here while the sun goes down.
All linens, towels, beach towels, and maid service are included. Sleeping arrangements include: 2 kings and 2 twins which can be made into a third king.

Why the Owner Chose Peregrina
We found we kept returning to Playa since our first visit in 2001. We used to stay in the "all inclusive" resorts, which we found to be great vacations. However, we found everyone wants to be in the town of Playa del Carmen which is the principal gem in the Riviera Maya for cuisine, culture, shopping and entertainment. Our place is in the PERFECT LOCATION, within close walking distance to the beach, shopping and most of the amenities.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
It's a short 5 minute walk to 5th Ave and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It has a beautiful pool and gardens we don't have to look after, but are well taken care of. We have a beautiful solarium patio to relax in. We're close to grocery stores and amenities, adjacent to 24h street - the nicest green space in downtown Playa with many flowering trees, and we're also only a couple of blocks from 30th Ave, which is quite authentically Mexican in it's shops and services.

My wife, Liz and I enjoy travelling as you can see in this photo of the Parthenon in Athens. We live in Calgary, Canada. However we love to visit our condo in Playa del Carmen almost any time of the year. It's like stepping into our dream world. We have made lots of friends in Playa and have many hot spots to pay return visits to. We also enjoy going exploring and finding new neat places.

Beautiful condo near the heart of Playa del Carmen

Very clean and well managed three-bedroom condo with all modern conveniences in a quiet location and close to all amenities in Playa del Carmen. The 24-hour security at this complex was comforting even though we always felt very safe walking through the surrounding neighborhood both day and evening. Grocery shopping was a breeze at the local huge “Mega “supermarket (only a 5 minute walk) and we enjoyed being close to the heart of Playa del Carmen with its many shops and restaurants. Most afternoons we visited the nearby “Evolve” gym by purchasing day passes and were pleased to find it very clean and well equipped. We even found time to take a lesson at a local language school in the neighborhood called “Gateway College” to improve our Spanish. Daily walks along the nearby pristine beaches were a definite highlight of this location.We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to experience the most of what this unique city has to offer.

Really enjoyed our stay at Peregrina. The owner/management were prompt and on the ball. It's set up like a well appointed home. There is a Weber gas BBQ set up on the deck outside the kitchen for convenient barbequing. Decor is classy Mexican with different art in each room. The upstairs solarium has a beautiful mural of Tulum and was a pleasure to spend time in. The pool area and gardens are well looked after. Our maid, Rosy, did a great job. The WiFi in the condo is a convenient to stay connected. Their management company gave us a local cell phone to use and gave us attentive service and recommendations when we needed them. It's close to everything and a good base to stay at. Within a 5 minute walk there are some great restaurants, good grocery shopping, a park and a gym. We had good weather to enjoy the amazing beaches here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!
