Our family had a lovely week-long vacation at this stunning cottage. The pictures of the view of lake Okanagan do not do it justice. It is truly breath-taking. What a treat to wake up and have your coffee over looking the gorgeous lake, and then dinners (with fabulous local wine) while watching the beautiful sunset. There was a lot for our young children to do right at the resort. They just loved the pool, hot tub, and playground. We were even able to rent a boat from a resort down the street for a few days, and did some fabulous wine tours and site seeing! We will remember this vacation forever, and will absolutely be back next summer!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Cottage fully equipped, very clean & location stunning. Would certainly recommend this resort to friends and relatives. However there was a problem with the electronic key pad for the front door. The combination we were given was incorrect, no-one at the resort was able to asisst and owner did not respond to our calls. Eventually gained access using a ladder from a nearby construction site. Emailed owner on return home but to date have had no response whatsoever. Very unprofessional & disappointing!

The resort office was not able to assist you as I do not belong to the Resort Rental Program.I operate independaently. I wish you would have called our Guest Services Representative, Camile Steele for help. She takes care of the housing keeping and other emergencies. In regards to your deposit, our contract states that it's refunded 2 weeks after your departure. Regards, Abdul
