Our 2nd floor, gulf-front condominium has beautiful water views and is situated on a white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The waves are gentle, and the gulf-floor slopes to an offshore sand bar. Because of this, Fort Myers Beach is often called "The World's Safest Beach". Adults and children spend countless hours sitting on the sand bar enjoying the sun and gulf or digging for sand dollars and shelling. Dolphins are commonly spotted playing in the waters alongside you.
Our unit is a true "Gulf Front" - the master bedroom, living room and dining room all directly face the Gulf of Mexico and palm trees swaying in the wind, while the guest bedroom and kitchen face Estero Boulevard. This is a real two bedroom, two full bathroom unit, with over 1,250 square feet of room, no "folding partition" that other units have. Also, enjoy the benefit of being on the lower floor with a shorter commute to the beach.
Both bedrooms have new mattresses, linens and furniture to ensure a restful night enables you a full day of enjoyment. Inside, the kitchen is complete with all new appliances (microwave, oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) and utensils (dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.) Enjoy your meals or drinks at the dining room table for a more formal environment or the balcony table, which is directly on the beach, for a more casual environment and better views, especially of the incredible sunsets.
The living room, with beautiful views of the beach and gulf, has two couches, table and new 42" high definition plasma TV. Enjoy your favorite program (HBO, Showtime, etc.) or Sony PlayStation, which lets you challenge a friend to a karaoke sing off – always a hit after a rum runner in the sun. A selection of DVDs, books and video games along with free broadband internet are available for your use. All local and domestic long distance calls are complimentary and feel free to bring the portable phone down to the pool or beach.
The master bedroom includes a 32" high definition LCD TV along with DVD and has views of the gulf and beach from two windows and through the balcony. All areas are very bright, so new plantation shutters and hurricane shutters will allow you to decide just how bright you want it.
In addition to the amenities inside, your time will also include a pool, sundeck (with chairs), sauna, covered parking and gated access to the beach. You will find beach towels, coolers, basic fishing gear, a metal detector, etc. for you to make your visit less about preparing to go to the beach and more about enjoying the beach. Bring bathing suits and flip flops, we have the rest. And when you need to clean those clothes, we have a new washer and dyer in the unit.
There is a wide variety of restaurants and shops on Fort Myers Beach, which are easily accessible by a five minute walk or further by public trolley, which runs the length of the seven-mile long island. With countless parks, nature preserves, bars, etc., so close, you can rent bicycles or scooters to explore the island on. The estuary on the south end of the beach is listed in the top 200 bird-watching spots in the United States and is the only estuary in the US with a flock of Roseate Spoonbills arriving daily at dawn and dusk.
We are conveniently located approximately 35 minutes from Regional Southwest Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers. In addition to enjoying all that Fort Myers Beach has to offer, you are within 30-40 minutes of beautiful Naples and Sanibel/Captiva Islands. You will never run out of things to do in Fort Myers Beach!

Recently updated 2 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor in a quiet complex overlooking the Gulf. Conveniently located to restaurants, grocery store, etc. there's a nice little movie theater a short drive away, that also serves meals. Traffic on the north end of the beach can be a bit of a wait but the south end on the way to Bonita Springs wasn't bad at all. The condo has everything you need, including flat screens in the bedrooms and living room. The complex also has a pool, although small, it seems adequate. Watch the pelicans, gulls and a variety of other birds as well as dolphins. Oh, yes, great sunsets, too. We can recommend this place.

Wonderful condo, all the comforts that anyone would want in a vacation condo plus more.Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Great beach, wildlife, and amazing sunsets all seen from the balcony. Wonderful TV package and land phone access. Great security. Very close to restaurants, entertainment and nice shops. Highly recommend this condo and hope to be back next year for our third time.

This condo is truly a great place to stay on Fort Myers Beach. It is slightly away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close to the grocery store and great restaurants such as Charley's Boat House and The Fish House. The pool is beach front, which is a great feature. The lanai overlooks the beautiful white sand beaches. It is a well furnished condo with great views. It is a comfortable place to call home during your stay. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Finding this wonderful, clean and cleverly decorated condo was truly something to be thankful for! Be sure to take your camera and art supplies to catch all the beautiful ever changing minutes of the day. We enjoyed local restaurants as well as being able to prepare meals in the well stocked kitchen. Festivals we attended were fun and well organized by the town for safe walking and parking. Thanks to the timely owner of this condo for sharing and maintaining such a great property! We hope to be back soon.

My husband and I rented this condo as our son was getting married in Ft Myers. It could not of been nicer. It looks just like the photos. The beds are very comfortable. The tv's were a hit so we could watch 2 football games at the same time. I like the security of the building. The pool and beach were amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a quiet, relaxing vacation. The weather was in the lower 80's with very little humidity. It's a great time to visit. Can't wait to return!

The condo is in a very good location, close to the beach and shopping. We walked the beach and found a variety of shells. We also saw sand dollars and star fish. The sunsets are spectacular! The condo is very clean and the grounds are very well kept. Heavenly Bisquit has the best cinnimon rolls we have every had! We would recommond this property 100%.

This is a wonderful condo with a great view. The owners have this unit well stocked and have thought of everything to make a vacationing beach guest comfortable. You just show up and enjoy. Outside your window you can enjoy seeing a variety of animals as well as a beautiful view of the sunset. We saw a bald eagle, several pairs of peregrine falsons, large blue crabs, a mother and baby dolphin swimming about 30 feet away from us, jumping mullet fish, and a large variety of sea gulls, cranes, and pelicans. It was truly a different view every day from the comfortable screen porch. The pictures cannot really show you how beautiful it is at Eden House. The grounds are immaculate, the pool area clean, and the beach area by the tidal pool was raked clean twice in our eight day visit. There are many nice restaurants close by and anyone who comes to FMB must make a stop at Heavenly Biscuit! We had a wonderful time at this unit!

We just returned from a stay at this beutiful condo in paradise.The unit was very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. This unit is very nicely furnished with (2) new flat screen TV 's and a fabulous updated kitchen. The photos were very accurate and the view of the Gulf is better than the pictures show. We ate dinner on the lanai several nights and watched the sunset as the sun melted into the water out of view. The location at the southern end of the island is nice and quiet, but close enought to the action up north on the beach if you want to be with a larger group of people. We ate at several great restaurants ( Doc Fords, South Beach Grill, and Junkanoo). We also had a great time listening to the music at Castaways. The regular band is there on Wednesday and Friday nights and draws a nice crowd ready to dance and have a good time. We got up early several mornings with the low tide and found the shelling on the sandbar to be great. The cross over to the sandbar is just a short 3 minute walk to the north. This is a great vacation spot with just the right amount of action and relaxation. We will be recommending this unit to all our friends.

MY WIFE AND I WERE AT THE CONDO FOR ONE WEEK. IT WENT TOO FAST. THE PICTURES ON THE WEB SITE TRULY REFLECT THE ACTUAL SCENES. THE POOL WAS GREAT. THE SUNSETS WERE BEAUTIFUL.THE CONDO WAS SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. THE OWNER WAS VERY COOPERATIVE WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS. THERE IS A MAJOR SUPERMARKET WITHIN 2 MILES AND RESTAURANTS EVEN CLOSER. Our stay at this condo was nothing short of fantastic. Perfect location on the beach. Great view! We could hear the waves gently lapping at the shore as we sat on the patio at night. Awesome. The beach is ideal, great swimming. And for a change of pace there is the pool, in partial shade no less. The unit itself was perfect. Clean. Everything you need and more. Even beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the closet of the second bedroom. We received a phone call during our stay to see if everything was just so. And we learned some local knowledge that had us book a great, scenic boat tour of the bay just down the street, where we saw dolphins, manatee. All in all a great experience. We would not hesitate to rent again.
