Spent a relaxing week in this beautiful condo. Being newbies to the condo process we were very impressed at the ease of booking, and qaulity we received. Really fool proof and organized and stocked for your needs, plus great communication from the owner. Priceless having a drink on your own balcony watching the sunset in the gulf. Quiet location yet close enough to shopping and the beach shopping area. recommended

The Condo was very tastefully decorated and the second floor location provides for a spectacular view! The pictures are exactly what you get and it is even more impressive to see for yourself. The owner provided very nicely for many of the little things that really make a difference and provide comfort when you are far from home. The beach was clean, quiet, fun and very beautiful. Many great places to eat, sight see, go boating or have lots of quiet time if you wish. We have already shared this experience with friends and made a strong recommendation. Well appointed by a very accommodating owner, we so enjoyed, thank you!

What a beautiful place! Absolutely stunning inside with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. The condo was immaculate and the decor is upscale. The location is perfect with the beach just steps from the door and shopping, restaurants and bars within a short walk. Santini Plaza offers so much and is very close. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the screened patio in the evening and also watched dolphins at play in the morning. Hope to return next year.

We stayed here for a week and loved the condo. It is exactly as shown on the website, clean, well-maintained and in an excellent location with beautiful views over the Gulf. There are many nearby restaurants and opportunities for sightseeing. The beach is great for beach walks and shelling and the balcony is perfect for watching the spectacular sunsets. Tom was very helpful in answering any questions. We would recommend this property and hope to return some day.

Very well maintained property

We stayed here a year ago and were impressed with it then. But since then, the bathrooms have been remodeled, the unit has been painted and all new appliances, including the washer and dryer. The beds are comfortable and have down pillows! Very rare. This is an owner who cares about his property and his tenants. The building is located 1/2 mile from shops and restaurants (a couple really good ones, in fact) and one mile from a 4 screen first run movie theater and the local trolley runs to the shops and main beach on the north end. If Ft Myers Beach is your destination, we can recommend this property.

Very nice clean condo right on Fort Myers Beach. Photos accurately depict just how nice the condo is. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. The beach and shelling were great. Great location, everything you need is near by, within walking or biking distance. Owner was very helpful and responded to any questions about the condo that we had before booking. We would recommend to anyone looking for a great condo on Fort Myers Beach.

This is our second year staying at this condo. We returned to find a brand new kitchen. Great updates to this condo. It's stunning! The property has a beachfront pool, wonderful views from the condo and the pool. It is wonderfully furnished, in an excellent location. We can't wait to return next year.

I have been staying at the Eden House for 6 years. This is the nicest unit ever. Very private and all the guests and residents are very friendly. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We absolutely loved this condo!!! The location was great and Tom has this place decorated so nicely. All you need to do is bring your clothes. We enjoyed setting out on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning and evening. This place was very comfortable and clean. The grounds are impeccable and very safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Tom is wonderful to deal with. We will be back.

Totally enjoyed our weekly stay .... admittedly, we could have saved a few bucks by staying elsewhere, but this unit had it all. Unit had many recent upgrades, including applicances, granite counter top, Wi-fi, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella, While we had to go down the beach a few hundred yards to get around the bird sanctuary, the protected area offered daily viewing of pelicans and flamingoes. The screened patio offered a spectactular view of the Gulf, making morning coffee a relaxing ritual. The unit was about four miles from down town Ft Meyers Beach and a short drive to Lovers Key state park and the beaches at Sanibel Is. The pool, while small, was refreshing all the same. Would certainly recommend this unit.

Words can't explain how wonderful our stay here was! The place was beautiful, it was spotless and the updates on the unit were amazing! Tom was so friendly and helped out with any questions we had. I would absolutely reccomend this place to anyone, the view from the unit is unbelievable and the condo was very secure and quiet. If you're looking for a peacecul and relaxing vacation right on the beach this is the spot to be. Its a short drive to the busier part of the strip and theres a outdoor mall across the street. Recently updated 2 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor in a quiet complex overlooking the Gulf. Conveniently located to restaurants, grocery store, etc. there's a nice little movie theater a short drive away, that also serves meals. Traffic on the north end of the beach can be a bit of a wait but the south end on the way to Bonita Springs wasn't bad at all. The condo has everything you need, including flat screens in the bedrooms and living room. The complex also has a pool, although small, it seems adequate. Watch the pelicans, gulls and a variety of other birds as well as dolphins. Oh, yes, great sunsets, too. We can recommend this place.

Wonderful condo, all the comforts that anyone would want in a vacation condo plus more.Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Great beach, wildlife, and amazing sunsets all seen from the balcony. Wonderful TV package and land phone access. Great security. Very close to restaurants, entertainment and nice shops. Highly recommend this condo and hope to be back next year for our third time.

This condo is truly a great place to stay on Fort Myers Beach. It is slightly away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close to the grocery store and great restaurants such as Charley's Boat House and The Fish House. The pool is beach front, which is a great feature. The lanai overlooks the beautiful white sand beaches. It is a well furnished condo with great views. It is a comfortable place to call home during your stay. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Finding this wonderful, clean and cleverly decorated condo was truly something to be thankful for! Be sure to take your camera and art supplies to catch all the beautiful ever changing minutes of the day. We enjoyed local restaurants as well as being able to prepare meals in the well stocked kitchen. Festivals we attended were fun and well organized by the town for safe walking and parking. Thanks to the timely owner of this condo for sharing and maintaining such a great property! We hope to be back soon.

My husband and I rented this condo as our son was getting married in Ft Myers. It could not of been nicer. It looks just like the photos. The beds are very comfortable. The tv's were a hit so we could watch 2 football games at the same time. I like the security of the building. The pool and beach were amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a quiet, relaxing vacation. The weather was in the lower 80's with very little humidity. It's a great time to visit. Can't wait to return!

Fun in the Sun!

The condo is in a very good location, close to the beach and shopping. We walked the beach and found a variety of shells. We also saw sand dollars and star fish. The sunsets are spectacular! The condo is very clean and the grounds are very well kept. Heavenly Bisquit has the best cinnimon rolls we have every had! We would recommond this property 100%.

Ft Myers Beach Peaceful Retreat

This is a wonderful condo with a great view. The owners have this unit well stocked and have thought of everything to make a vacationing beach guest comfortable. You just show up and enjoy. Outside your window you can enjoy seeing a variety of animals as well as a beautiful view of the sunset. We saw a bald eagle, several pairs of peregrine falsons, large blue crabs, a mother and baby dolphin swimming about 30 feet away from us, jumping mullet fish, and a large variety of sea gulls, cranes, and pelicans. It was truly a different view every day from the comfortable screen porch. The pictures cannot really show you how beautiful it is at Eden House. The grounds are immaculate, the pool area clean, and the beach area by the tidal pool was raked clean twice in our eight day visit. There are many nice restaurants close by and anyone who comes to FMB must make a stop at Heavenly Biscuit! We had a wonderful time at this unit!

Another Day In Paradise

We just returned from a stay at this beutiful condo in paradise.The unit was very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. This unit is very nicely furnished with (2) new flat screen TV 's and a fabulous updated kitchen. The photos were very accurate and the view of the Gulf is better than the pictures show. We ate dinner on the lanai several nights and watched the sunset as the sun melted into the water out of view. The location at the southern end of the island is nice and quiet, but close enought to the action up north on the beach if you want to be with a larger group of people. We ate at several great restaurants ( Doc Fords, South Beach Grill, and Junkanoo). We also had a great time listening to the music at Castaways. The regular band is there on Wednesday and Friday nights and draws a nice crowd ready to dance and have a good time. We got up early several mornings with the low tide and found the shelling on the sandbar to be great. The cross over to the sandbar is just a short 3 minute walk to the north. This is a great vacation spot with just the right amount of action and relaxation. We will be recommending this unit to all our friends.

MY WIFE AND I WERE AT THE CONDO FOR ONE WEEK. IT WENT TOO FAST. THE PICTURES ON THE WEB SITE TRULY REFLECT THE ACTUAL SCENES. THE POOL WAS GREAT. THE SUNSETS WERE BEAUTIFUL.THE CONDO WAS SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. THE OWNER WAS VERY COOPERATIVE WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS. THERE IS A MAJOR SUPERMARKET WITHIN 2 MILES AND RESTAURANTS EVEN CLOSER. THE BEACH WAS GREAT AND THE GULF WATER WAS WARM THE WEATHER WAS EVEN WARMER AND WITH OUR LUCK SURPRISINGLY NO RAIN. THE AMENITIES WERE GREAT. THE KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED. THE TV'S AND WII WERE GREAT. WE WOULD RECOMEND YOUR CONDO AND MANY THANKS

Perfect Location With Everything You Want

Our stay at this condo was nothing short of fantastic. Perfect location on the beach. Great view! We could hear the waves gently lapping at the shore as we sat on the patio at night. Awesome. The beach is ideal, great swimming. And for a change of pace there is the pool, in partial shade no less. The unit itself was perfect. Clean. Everything you need and more. Even beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the closet of the second bedroom. We received a phone call during our stay to see if everything was just so. And we learned some local knowledge that had us book a great, scenic boat tour of the bay just down the street, where we saw dolphins, manatee. All in all a great experience. We would not hesitate to rent again.

My husband and I rented this condo. The pictures were accurate for this condo. The location was perfect, somewhat secluded but not too far from the fantastic restaurants and night life. The owner was exceptionally helpful with my wanting to ship my beach chairs! The condo had plenty of room and the screened balcony was perfect. We got to see many beautiful sunsets from the balcony. A great place to visit is an area called "Times Square"...spent many times down there enjoying the locals and great food. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a wonderful relaxing vacation. The Unit is very clean and well equipped. Has a great pool and wonderful Sunsets. Within a two (2) mile ride of a large Super Market, Bank, Post Office,Gas Station,great Restaurants, and a State Park (Lover's Key) with beaches and boating facilities. If you belong to either a V.F.W. or American Legion there Post's are ten (10) minutes away. Perfectly situated to enjoy serenity during the day, and the activity available at night.

First of all, the location of this property is ideal--Located mid island it is conveniently near Santini Plaza which has a multitude of shops, restaurants, and venues for listening to local musicians---Next, the view from the lanai ( which faces the gulf ) is spectacular---Birds, jumping fish, the gulf, and most of all the brilliant sunsets are enough to keep you busy all day. Everything listed inre to the condo was accurate and the pics certainly were accurate---In the Ft. Myers Beach area all of the restaurants we frequented were very good--( Fish House in Santini plaza, Junkanoos, Anthonys, just to name a few) All in all I would definately reccommend this property to friends and relatives---The owner was very helpful in answering all of our questions before and was quick to attempt to correct a plumbing problem that turned out to be major instead of minor---The owner is also highly respected by the other condo owners I interacted with. We all had a great experience

This condo was in a superb location and was in great condition. The unit was clean, and contained all the items that one would need when away from home. The view was spectacular and the private beach made sunsets even more special. The pictures advertised matched exactly what we had expected. This unit was clean and extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this unit as a fun, safe and wonderful place to take in the Ft. Myers area. We are so blessed and thankful for the time that we spent there.

We had a great time! The wheather was outstanding. The condo was spotless and had everything you could need, from beach towels to game systems for the kids. The view of the ocean from the patio was georgeous! The white sand, the dolphins, the miles of walking on the beach, I just can't say enough about this paridise! The pool was nice but the beach was so great, we hardly used it. my only complaint was the week went entirely too fast. I have been renting condos in Florida for years. This was by far the nicest so far. Thanks!

Awesome Views!

We stayed at this condo for one week and our only regret was that the week went by much too quickly. The condo is very well decorated, beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equiped and the outside screened porch overlooks a beautiful spot. We saw numerous birds and wildlife each day and the sunsets were awesome. The outside grill was conveniently located and very clean as was the pool area. Tom was great to deal with and got back immediately with answers to my questions. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet spot on Ft. Myers Beach. Trolleys run quite often taking you right into the heart of Ft. Myers Beach - a must to visit with many shops and restaurants. We have been renting vacation condos for over 20 years and this was an extraordinary value for the money. This condo is definitely a keeper on our list of places to rent.

My family and I really enjoyed the condo. The area is beautiful and everything is convenient. The new bikes were a nice extra. The building is very safe and secure. A perfect place to relax

This was our first trip to Ft Myers Beach area and the experience was great! We found the Condo to be just as described,We were pleased that we could take our luggage up an elevator instead or lugging it up steps, The unit was clean and ready and the furniture was comfortable and appeared to be new. The deck view is fantastic! Watching the sunsets on a screened in deck and the jumping fish in the water below made each evening an event to behold. Of course, if you are interested in a bit more activity, there is plenty to choose from in the area. There are several restaurants that have good, reasonable menus, and entertainment as well. We e-mailed the owner several times before and after we booked this trip and always received a quick and detailed response to each inquiry. As a matter of fact, we are hoping to return in the spring for a longer visit. If you are looking to vacation in this area, I would recommend giving this place a try.

We just want to say thank you for providing such a quite, peaceful place to stay during our vacation. Everything you would need and more is available. The photos are accurate and Mr. Drechsler was easy to work with and very quick to respond to my questions. Our kids enjoyed finding sand dollars and starfish and we even got to see two stingrays. I have to say that we have been blessed to go on many vacations and this unit by far is the cleanest and had the most linens stocked we have ever experienced.

A true gem, an outstanding condo in a quiet, peaceful setting in the uncrowded southern part of Fort Myers Beach. Very tastefully redecorated and in immaculate condition. Fully equipped for a care-free and relaxing stay for the whole family. We found the description to be very accurate and the condo to looks even better than the pictures. Breath-taking sunsets enjoyed right from the balcony and during walks on the beach. The pool area, tiki hut and BBQ were very clean and well-maintained. I would like to take the time to thank you for the amazing time we spent at your condo in Ft. Myers Beach. It is the first time in over a decade that we have rented a unit and honestly not have the need to buy or bring anything else. From the moment we walked in the unit we were blown away with the inmaculate taste in decoration. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. On our second day there we had friends, who live in the area, come for dinner...and we had all the kitchen gadgets needed to prepare a wonderful meal. Since our vacation coinsided with the last day of the FIFA World Cup, both my husband and father were extremely happy to see the high definition flat screen TV awaiting them in the living room...I was more amazed when I walked into the master bedroom and was able to watch my programing from another flat screen HDTV in there. Since we traveled with my parents 2 queen beds were important for us, and we had that as well. We also had the rest of our family renting other units in the building and I felt very proud to know that theirs weren't as beautifully remodeled or as tastefully decorated as ours. We even had bikes...YEY!!! You did an amazing job!!! My parents went down to the beach maybe twice in one week, just because they enjoyed staying indoors and sitting in the balcony to watch the breathtaking views. To top everything else, the area was very peaceful and quiet and we were able to get a much needed rest and relaxation time. Thanks again for unforgetable time spent at your unit!!!

Tom, Just a short note to tell you that my wife and I had a great time in Ft. Myers last week. And one of the best things about our trip was your beautiful Condo. From the moment we walked in until the door slammed on our way out we were comforted and treated to a respite from the merciless Florida sun. The beautiful furnishings, the complete kitchen, and the comfortable beds made the stay a wonderful experience. The TVs were perfect, the appliances all were what people have in their own kitchens. Also, the dishes, glassware, pans, supplies, wine glasses, down to the coasters added a home touch. I could go on, the storage closet downstairs full of beach stuff, the coolers. the extra beach things in the condo closet all show that you have put a lot of time (and $) into the condo, and I want you to know it was the best one we have stayed in on our frequent vacations. We have been renting for the month of February in Florida for many years and this is by far the most comfortable and well equiped condo do we have rented. .Everyting is fresh clean and well cared for. I recommend this unit highly.

Four of us stayed here for a week. We were extremely pleased with everything. The ocean view, the heated pool, the Oui game, satellite t.v. There were also a lot of little extras such as bandaids, sunscreen, lotion, fishing equipment, and more. We ate at the unit all week and saved a ton of money. We will go back if given the opportunity.

Great time down on the beach - best part was the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, floats, etc so we didnt have purchase them and leave them. Also, the kids loved the WII and Playstation and we enjoyed singing karooke. A nice bike ride made the day even more fun. Also, we liked being in the second floor, so you really feel like your on the beach vs the higher floors - and easier to get in and out quickly. See you next year!

This condo is located in a great location and offers a really fantastic ocean view. The owner is very accommodating and we had everything we needed during our stay. The access to Wii and Playstation games was a big plus for our children in the evening. We are looking forward to our next trip back.

We spent a very comfortable week at this condo. The condo is in great shape. We enjoyed morning and nightly walks on the beach. The sunsets were beautiful.

We had a great stay at this condo. Everything was spotless and in perfect condition. The screened in lanai was perfevt for bird and sunset watching. The flat screened TV's had tons of stations along with the wii and sony playstation.The kitechen had a great supply of utensils.The condo had verything needed for great stay. Also the pool area and the Tiki hut were also kept in great condition. Hope to stay again soon. Thank you Thomas our stay was great

This condo is a great deal. It is super clean and totally up to date. I was concerned about it only being on the second floor.......that turned out to be great because that means that your view is framed by palm trees! And, If you like birds......this is the view for you! They are right THERE! As mentioned by others, the location is great and the condo has everything you need......including beach towels, etc. Two queen sized beds in two separate living areas.... a complete kitchen......NEW Washer/Dryer.....Flat screen TVs all over the place.....great security........and Privacy. As an "almost local" I can say that this may be the best condo for the money that you can rent on the beach.

We had an amazing stay in this condo and will definitely return. The owners do a fabulous job of keeping everything new, including the furniture, linens, bath towels, etc. - there is even a washer/dryer! This is probably the most modern and well-kept condo we've ever rented. The kitchen has brand new granite countertops and was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, and best of all, there is a flat screen tv (with every channel imaginable) and a Wii/Wii Fit with many games for guests to use. Gorgeous view of the water and palm trees - can't ask for a better place to sit and drink your coffee in the morning or watch the sunset! Quick walk to the convenience store and also a cute plaza with everything you need - nice bistro, ice cream shop, liquor store, etc. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you Thomas!!!

The condo was perfect for our spring break vacation! We loved the ocean views right outside our windows and the balcony with plenty of seating. The heated pool was nice and relaxing. The updated decor was very pleasant and it was super clean! It was a great location as well... Away from the party crowds at the north end but could still bike/trolley to that end if we wanted. Thomas was a great "landlord" for a week! Willing to make our stay even more comfortable by offering the Wii. Thank you and we will be back soon!

This condo was fabulous. It was very clean and had all of the amenities. It is a very secure property, as all of the entrances are locked, including access to the swimming pool on the property. The owner was very prompt in responding and made our vacation seamless. We recommend this property & would definitely stay there again!

My family of three stayed here for a week and a half and we absolutely loved our time staying in this unit. It has everything you can think of to meet your needs. The plasma TVs, Wii and Playstation are great. If you like TV, you will be in love as the televisions get tons of channels and HD channels as well. We also loved the screened in porch overlooking the gulf and all of the items for the beach. You don't have to bring much, everything is here for your vacation. You will not be disappointed by staying here, that's a guarantee.
