Perla 2 is the closest unit to the water in Punta Esmeralda. Unobstructed full front view of Banderas Bay, with the mild ocean surf only yards away. Leave your Ambien at home. The sound of the ocean at night is truly the best sleep-aid we know of! This ground floor unit has one of the largest lanais and private splash pools in the well-managed complex.
Because of its unique ground floor position, on the water and near the south end of the complex, Perla 2 is very quiet with limited foot traffic or distractions. The common area pools and other public ammenities are close by, but no distracting noise or activities are heard. It's like being in your own private villa!

The Punta Esmeralda development is approximately 4 years old. It is an exceptionally well designed and secure property unlike anything on Banderas Bay. The complex has its own 24 hours security staff, gated entry, and closed-circuit security cameras throughout. Even at peak occupancy, Punta Esmeralda never feels crowded. The 228 unit complex is a combination of high rise condos with nice views that are up on the hills away from the beach, and private villas and townhomes directly on the beach. Our bilingual (English/Spanish) local property manager can assist with any neccessary services you may require, including airport pick and return, local transportation, linen and maid service, activities, in-room spa and massage services, and any advance preparations. When you arrive, your Perla 2 vacation home will be open, clean and ready for your stay.
NOTES: Please note that due to the large non-gated 3.5' deep ground level splash pool on the lanai, Perla 2 is not recommended for families with toddlers or small children. The quality art and furnishings make this unit most suitable for 2 to 4 adults looking for a relaxing, upscale get-away. Perla 2 is a 3 bedroom townhome, but only offered as a 2 bedroom rental. One bedroom is on the opposite side of the living area, and is not noticable from the rest unit.
