This charming upstairs suite is located in the heart of historic downtown Paso Robles on the California Central Coast.
Please stay and enjoy our beautiful “nest” amongst one of the oldest oak trees in Paso Robles.
The suite is surrounded by beautiful trees so that you will truly feel that you are in a Tree House but, with all the amenities of a resort. The Tree House has two bedrooms both are provided with VERY HIGH END pillow-top mattresses so that you will enjoy an incredible night sleep.
You may also shower with two separate bathrooms with the master featuring double shower heads.
If you enjoy the outdoors you may BBQ with our stainless steel gas grill or lounge around on the large outdoor patio to view the sunset with your friends and family after a great day in Paso Robles.
You might also find this suite so wonderful and relaxing that you might just find yourself staying in to cook for yourself in the fully stocked kitchen while you and your guest watch TV on the HDTV Direct TV service. Whatever you decide to do to enjoy your time in Paso we are sure you will truly enjoy staying in the “Tree House on Spring”.
This Craftsman upstairs retreat is located three blocks from the heart of downtown, two blocks from the Paso Robles Event Center/Mid-State Fairgrounds, and 20-30 minutes from Lake Nacimiento and Lake San Antonio. Take time to relish the incredible wineries, fantastic restaurants, unique shopping and antique browsing that Paso Robles has to offer. “A Tree House on Spring” is conveniently located so that you may enjoy such events as: Equestrian Events, Wine Festival, Olive festival, Pioneer Day and Parade, Summer Concerts in the Park, the Christmas Vine Street Victorian Show Case and Christmas Parade that travels right in front of “A Tree House on Spring”.
Paso Robles also has golfing, the Paso Robles Hot Springs and Spas, theaters and fantastic wine tasting tours with family or friends. Let us not forget about the biggest fair anywhere "The Mid-State Fair", or just in and sit back and relax with a bottle of wine.

Rates are subject to a City of Paso Robles Transient Occupancy Tax of 10%
and a $75 cleaning fee. Stays a Month or longer; Transient Tax does not apply.
If you would like to extend your weekend by an extra day, we can offer your third

Two couples traveling to Paso Robles wine country rented A Tree House on Spring for a week. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, laundry & and kitchen, this was the perfect set up for us. We moved right in, and felt at home. Great place to relax after busy days sightseeing & wine tasting. The owner provided excellent customer service, and the house was immaculate. We love Paso, and can't wait to return!

Thank You, Tree House for such great accommodations in this beautiful wine country. Wine tasting via limo with a our awesome driver Vance, the Lavender Festival and dinner with our favorite people at Artisan were the highlights. We made ourselves at home. Such a great place in a perfect location.

Loved a Tree House on Spring!! We hit as many westside wineries as we could(w/ Wine line & Private Driver). Whalebone Reds are incredible. Dinners at Artisan and K Cortile were fantastic and despite 108 degree heat, this place stayed nice and cool. We'll be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Tree House. Thank you for a nice clean "home away from home" While we enjoyed this beautiful place and beautiful part of our country. What a happy weekend for our family! Our niece was married on Saturday at a beautiful winery and it was a wonderful time and celebration for our family.

Thank you for the "Cozy Comfort" We had a wonderful time. Our first evening was spent on your outdoor patio where we enjoyed our meal + ambiance. Paso Robles is a lovely spot, we will surely return in a attempt to visit the remaining wineries.
