  A very nice place to stay! We walked Downtown for lunch which was really good. We drove to Morro Bay and went Wine tasting too! We sat by the window in the evenings with a good book to watch the Sunsets. Thank you very much! R.& S.

  We came up from LA with a group of girls. We had such a great time in Paso wine tasting and dinners out. We were so glad we stayed at this place. It was awesome to have a day of wine tasting and then be able to just walk to downtown for dinner every night. We would definitely stay here again!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  The pricing on this two bedroom unit is certainly affordable for multiple people-- two couples, families etc. and certainly beats renting multiple hotel rooms. While described as a condo, and references made to the Craftsman structure, it is actually a back apartment walk up behind the owners Chiropractic office, which is housed in a Craftsman style converted single family house. Access is via the rear business parking lot, off of a rear alley and surrounded by modest homes and other businesses. The interior of the apartment is partially updated with very comfortable beds. The kitchen and bathrooms are the most dated with early 80's type tile. The kitchen counters were apparently built up and are unusually tall, perfect for a taller user, but would be challenging for a height challenged person. The location is within several blocks of the charming downtown square area. The apartment location on a busy street provides an early morning wake up call with the sound of traffic, but gets you up early soyou can begin your day in the surrounding ( short drive away) wine country.

We must respond to this review in order to set some important facts straight and we mean this in the most professional and positive way possible. So we will just list them here: 1. This guest is correct we have very affordable prices for such a beautiful rental (View pictures). 2. We do not and have nor have we ever described our rental as a condo. (View Pictures) 3. This building was never converted from a single story family house. This building was built in 1984 as an office professional with a living arrangement on the second level. 4. This building is a Craftsman style building in every sense of the name and is label such on the original plans. (View Pictures) 5. This rental is NOT a BACK APARTMENT nor is located behind an office. (View Pictures) 6. We have TWO access to the rental one being the primary from the front of the building and the secondary from the rear security gated parking lot for the guest convienence. (View Pictures) 7. The kitchen counters are 5in above normal and has never been a problem for anyone. The kitchen was remodeled in 2003. (view pictures) 8. The City of Paso Robles requires new commercial construction to have living build upstairs; most rentals in town are located above business. 9. The bathrooms have older tile; however, as you can see by our pictures they have been kept in immaculate and clean condition and have all new glass shower doors, fixtures among other things.   My brother, father and I stayed here on a recent trip to Paso Robles. The property was just as advertised. The townhome is clean and well kept and the beds comfortable. The kitchen has all the appliances, knives etc. you will need and there are plenty of wine glasses! The grill was pristine...we suspected it had never been used. And, it was so nice to sit out on the deck in the early evening. A real plus is the proximity to downtown Paso. You can walk to the square from the townhome. I hope to stay here again and will recommend to my family when we visit again.

  My husband and I came up from LA and met my sister and her family from San Francisco. Paso Robles was the 1/2 way meeting point for us all to get together and play. We had such a blast traveling through the wine country here. In the late afternoon we would come home to the "Treehouse" take a nap and our showers and stroll to downtown Paso Robles for some wonderful dinners. I must say I am a bit of a clean freak and I was soooo relieved that "The Treehouse" was so clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable!!! It was so nice to be able to walk to the downtown a few blocks and not have to worry about driving back after margaritas at Villa Creek. We so enjoyed getting our coffee in the morning and all sitting out on the upstairs deck and visiting. We soooo enjoyed our stay at "The Treehouse" it was conducive to a perfect time together with family!!!! Thanks again Joseph and Saundra!!!!

  Thank You, Tree House for such great accommodations in this beautiful wine country. Wine tasting via limo with a our awesome driver Vance, the Lavender Festival and dinner with our favorite people at Artisan were the highlights. We made ourselves at home. Such a great place in a perfect location.

  Loved a Tree House on Spring!! We hit as many westside wineries as we could(w/ Wine line & Private Driver). Whalebone Reds are incredible. Dinners at Artisan and K Cortile were fantastic and despite 108 degree heat, this place stayed nice and cool. We'll be back!!

  We enjoyed our stay at the Tree House. Thank you for a nice clean "home away from home" While we enjoyed this beautiful place and beautiful part of our country. What a happy weekend for our family! Our niece was married on Saturday at a beautiful winery and it was a wonderful time and celebration for our family.

  After a 13 hour flight from Australia...stepping upstairs to your Tree House, to our new home away from home was what we needed. It was even more wonderful that it looked on the internet. Your Tree House allowed the "S..r Family" be a family in Paso for two weeks.

  Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy "The Tree House on Spring" I was married at Meridian Winery on October 11th...The Bridal party stayed here and we got ready here as well...it was Perfect!   The adventure started at 3 am To fly and visit California again. Eight hours later we arrived to see that our house for the week was a house in the trees. We walked inside to see, it was unlike any tree house we had ever seen. So elegant, so homey, so cozy, so cool; a view for a Queen. A home away from home with the old familiar view of the old oak tree. We so enjoyed our stay here and will be back another day. Thank you,

  Two couples traveling to Paso Robles wine country rented A Tree House on Spring for a week. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, laundry & and kitchen, this was the perfect set up for us. We moved right in, and felt at home. Great place to relax after busy days sightseeing & wine tasting. The owner provided excellent customer service, and the house was immaculate. We love Paso, and can't wait to return!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Owner response: As you can see we have taken the time to make this house very homey; we want our guest to feel like they are right at home in their own home but actually away on a relaxing vacation. Our house is always keep very clean and immaculate. Also great for wedding parties.
