Beautiful home located in Brandon, 15 minutes to Tampa, 30 minutes to Tampa airport, 20 minutes from Bush Gardens and Adventure Island, 25 minutes to Apollo Beach, 80 minutes to Disney World, Universal studios, and Wet N Wild. 17 miles to Raymond James Stadium.
This three-bedroom, two-full bath home is in the Sterling Ranch community. It is in a nice neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Back yard overlooks a creek and pond with no back neighbors. 1200 square-foot ranch, with garage. Garage is used for storage, so a car will not fit.
Furnished in neutral colors. Some features include a large living room with cathedral ceiling and a sectional sofa with full-size pull out sleeper. Equipped with Satellite TV, DVR, and DVD player. The master bedroom has queen-size bed, with a walk-in wardrobe, private bathroom with shower, and vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is next to the second bathroom with a bath, shower, and vanity. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Wireless internet access, computer and printer in livingroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Back yard is private with grill and eating area. There is a washer and dryer on-site (in Garage). All linen, kitchen tools and tableware, and towels are supplied. Beautiful Community pool one block away is within walking distance.

We recently stayed at this property for a month while we were moving to Florida. The house is very nice and it has everything you need right down to laundry detergent. The location is great and convenient to shopping and all major highways. The owner was great to deal with and made the entire transaction so easy. She refunded the deposit immediately. We have pets and they were very comfortable in this house since there is a fenced backyard. The neighborhood was also nice with a park nearby. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to stay in the Brandon area. We didn't have time to go to the pool but it is very close and looked great.

Because renting a vacation house was a new experience for us we were unprepared for the absolute beauty of the property. Dawn was sooo great in helping us with any and all questions(even those that might seemed rediculus.) All the things that we forgot to bring from home were right there. The house is located in an area that has lots of places to shop, or eat, or whatever you might need. There were 7 of us and no one had to sleep on the floor. The area is especially quiet and tranquil. If I ever have cause to be in Tampa again I will definitly try to get this house. Thanks, Dawn, for everything. We recieved our deposit back the day after our departure.

We spent a week in this beautifully decorated house and did not want to leave how much fun we had. Was not expecting this much for such a little price. The pool was so close to the house we were there many times a day. Would definitely rent again!!! Dawn was very helpful whenever needed. Thank you Dawn for an awesome vacation!

The house is beautiful, clean, and on one level; great for those with small children and/or people with handicaps. It's close to all the places we wanted to visit; Lowry Park Zoo, and only about an hour from the best beach in Florida-Siesta Key. The owner is wonderful and accomodating. I would recommed this house to anyone wanting to visit the Tampa area!!

I just want to thank you for the very lovely home that you have provided to my friends and I. The home was more than what we expected. The pictures on this page do the home no justice. Loved how you have all the necessary items needed to make a home function, even down to nail polish. Great, great, great location, this home is within 5 minutes of Wal-Mart, banks, eateries and shopping. I really felt as though I was at home. I will be back again, hopefully real soon.

House was beautifully decorated and perfect for a week's stay with family. Easily could accomodate 8-9 people. The computer and printer were great for research and printing of tickets. Compared to other places, there was very little other than food that we had to supply--everything you can imagine was included and the garage also had a cooler and pool/beach items that were able to be used during the trip. There isn't ton to do in Brandon, but there were many restaurants within a 3 minute drive and also Walmart and Target which both had grocery items. Busch Gardens was fabulous and only a 20 minute drive, Siesta Key beach was about a 50 minute drive (worth it!), and Bradenton Beach and minor league baseball was about 40-45 minutes. There is also miniature golf within 5 minutes and a neat free Manatee viewing location within 10-15 minutes. There was a very nice neighborhood pool within walking distance, but we did not use it. Overall, Dawn was very responsive, accomodating, and promptly returned the security deposit....it was a great trip at a darling house!

Great house for what we needed for the week. Three couples stayed at the house and there was room for everyone. House was just as listed and Dawn was very helpful and accomodating. House was clean and the computer was a great extra. Lots of extras if you forget anything. Close to everything. Would recommend to anyone. Received refund of deposit within 24 hours. The house in Brandon was tastefully decorated and very clean and welcoming. We really like the fact that there was a good amount of basic supplies already in the house, such as shampoo, soap, condiments, aluminum foil, needle and thread and laundry supplies. We've stayed in several vacation rentals and not every one has these great extras. The location toward the end of a cul-de-sac was great with limited traffic noise. We loved that the house was about 5 minutes from the Interstate (30 minutes to Busch Gardens, and 1 Hour 20 minutes to Sea World in Orlando). There were many conveniences located close by also, such as Super Target (3 minutes), Walmart & Publix Grocery (4 minutes), Westfield Mall (Large Mall in Brandon about 5-6 minutes away), and tons of places to eat within 5 minutes (Such as Cheddars, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chick-Fil-A, McDonalds, Panda Express, Golden Corral and many more). There is a park about 4 minutes walk and the large pool you have access to is just at the end of the road! The price for the vacation rental was awesome value for money and we will definitely be back! Thanks Dawn for allowing us to stay at your place - we really appreciate it!!!!

The location was excellent. My family & I had a wonderful time. There were 9 of us total and we had no trouble with sleeping arrangements. Everything we needed was right there for us including a washer & dryer (that was the best). Full stock of everything all we had to do was buy groceries, it was great!. Dawn is the best at answering any questions you may have. The house was very clean & she had some swimming gear that she welcomed us to use also. The kids absolutely loved it, the best for them was chasing lizards. Not to much of a back yard but we didn't need a backyard because there was a nice screened in porch back there that was nice. If we vacation there again I will be looking into renting this house again. Thanks again Dawn for a wonderful stay!

We have spent 2 weeks at this rental. Found it to be exactly as described. Very tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and well supplied with basics, which was a significant plus. Landlord was available by telephone or online, if needed. Computer & printer and washer & dryer on site were extremely helpful. Handy to locations in the City of Tampa and areas to the east and south. Excellent shopping and restaurants nearby. This house fully met our needs, and we would recommend it to others without reservation.. Our deposit was fully refunded within 24 hours after we left. This one is a winner!!!!!
