This is a great property! Condo is very well maintained, clean, immaculate. Everything we needed for beach and pool are available. Resort property is beautiful. Pool area very nice and great for kids. Lori was very attentive and accommodating throughout the process. We stayed for two months at Naples Bay Resort - we stayed in this condo for the second month. This was our second year staying at the resort. Overall the condo was nice with a view of the fountain that added to the atmosphere when sitting on the lanai. We did encounter a couple of problems (LR TV problem, no hot water one day, broken towel rod). The owner was very quick to respond to all issues. She bought a new TV which arrived about a week into our stay, and she contacted her maintenance and plumbing service people who fixed the other problems promptly. While it would have been better to not have the problems, I know sometimes things are unavoidable. The owner couldn't have been better in her response. this was the perfect place to take our four children for a winter getaway. everything we needed was provided by the owner which made travelling light and easy. it was easily accessible to the beach and stores. the pool area was AMAZING and we enjoyed every minute of sunshine at the poolside. very very friendly staff and service. nice to get a treat or drink around the pool as well. we certainly hope to come back again in the very near future. thanks lori :)Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and fit our family of 5 easily. The owner has a great deal of pride in the condo, and it shows. It felt like a home away from home. Naples Bay was a great place to stay. The pool area was very upscale, as well as large, clean and well maintained. The beach was a very short drive away (we chose to drive, although there was a shuttle available for the beach). We would love to return for another stay.Did you find this review helpful? This is an excellent resort with terrific amenities for kids and adults. This particular condo is very well situated in the resort and was very clean and well maintained. We had a great time at Naples Bay Resort it has everything ! Nice Gym , 3 pools , 2 jacuzzi's, steam room and sauna. The condo was very beautiful and well located, close to the club. It was perfectly maintained. I would for sure stay in this condo again. The owner was very nice and made us feel right at home. The staff at Naples Bay are very nice also.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We thought the condo was great. We loved having the extra room it provided and the convenience of being so close to the pool was terrific. We enjoyed going to the beach during the day and spending the afternoons at the pool! The owner provided excellent customer service, all while dealing with her own natural disaster! We had a problem connecting to the internet and she had us online again in no time! I would recommend both the property and resort to friends and family alike.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
