You can kayak from Verandah (free) all along the Orange River. There is also high speed internet access, to stay in touch with friends and family.
There are three lovely bedrooms with plenty of room to spread out, and a huge, tiled, screened lanai to enjoy the golf course and lake view, with plenty of local floral and fauna to view.

EVERYTHING is provided for your comfort and convenience. Located in a quiet area in Verandah, overlooking a pond and a golf tee. Lots of chances to walk and/or ride a bike on tree-lined paths. The pool is refreshing and wellcared for. Publix and a Wallgreens drugstore are within an easy bike ride or walk. The manatees are down the road! I've vacationed in many condos in the past, but this one tops them all. Two thumbs up!!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
