"Sugar Shack" is a beautiful beach home! Located in Dunes Estates, a 12 home gulf-side community, you are steps away from the private, fenced community pool and tennis courts. It is a short stroll to the sugar-white sand of the Emerald Coast beach. Also, street-side parking near beach. Low density area (Hwy. 30A) means fewer people on the beach!
The master suite (king bed) is on the ground floor and features a private bath with a whirlpool tub, separate shower and double sinks with tumbled marble tile. The master opens to a large porch. On this floor is another bedroom (queen bed) with private bath and porch, and a full-sized washer and dryer.
The second floor has a bedroom (queen bed) with bath and private porch, the living room and kitchen with island, breakfast bar, granite countertops, refrigerator with icemaker and stand-alone icemaker, dishwasher and trash compactor. Living room has a beautiful porch.
The third floor has a bedroom (queen bed) and bunk room (twin-over-twin) that share a bath. Perfect for kids! The fourth floor is a tower room with pullout twin sleeper sofa, mini-frig with icemaker and large rooftop patio. The patio has views of the Gulf of Mexico, and is great for entertaining!
Pottery Barn furnishings throughout the house and many wood floors. Custom sound system can be enjoyed from any room. Living room and all bedrooms (including bunk room) have TV's with DVD or VCR. Ample parking in front for three cars/SUV's with overflow parking in back.
Fantastic array of restaurants (pizza, seafood, fine dining) close by. Public golf courses abound. Shopping in quaint local shops or outlet mall.
Fishing, diving, kayaking and lots of other water activities near by. Outdoor concerts and movies in summer and festivals year round.
Seagrove is a great place to be and "Sugar Shack" is a great home for beach vacations, family reunions or entertaining your special guests!
