Two bedroom, townhouse looks onto Park City Mountain Ski Resort. Back of townhouse is Park City Municipal Golf Course. Great mountain getaway in any season. Walk to Three Kings Ski Lift at Park City, within ten minute ride of Canyons Ski Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resort. Only 50 minute ride to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, or Brighton Ski Resorts.
Across the street is municipal bus line that will take you to any place in town, car is not needed to stay here, close to shopping and restaurants. Great retreat any time of year. Downhill skiing, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling in wintertime. Rafting, biking, golfing, hiking, and water sports in summertime. This property is close to everything in Northern Utah.
This townhouse is nicely decortaed with mountain themes and the bedrooms both have televisions in them.The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for four. Deck is furnished with teak furniture and a four to six person hot hub. Cooking facilities include a gas barbecue.
Private pool and sauna is within walking distance of townhouse and is open all year round. This townhouse can accommodate six people in two bedrooms with two queen-size beds and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. Great family retreat as well as a vacation getaway for couples.
