From this location you can ski home for lunch or at the end of the day for a soak in the hot tub by skiing down Four O'Clock ski run. After a great day on the slopes the condo is an easy one block walk to the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find shopping, food, or libation and then back to your warm unit to play games, watch a video from the library or just relax by the fireplace. We provide a free parking pass.

We are mere steps away from the gateway to your summer adventures which could include fishing, golfing, hiking, rock climbing, horseback riding, bicycling, attending art festivals or listening to music. All you have to do is walk across the street to visit the Breckenridge Welcome Center to get access to this information or sit down and listen to music at the Riverwalk Center amphitheatre where most of Breck's Music Festival events take place. The Riverwalk Center's amphitheatre is the focal point for summer activities. The town's free shuttle across the street will take you anywhere in Breckenridge so you can start your summer getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Park Place

We chose Park Place because of it's location. It is seconds (by walking)from everything Breckenridge has to offer. We never have to worry about finding a place to park the car. If we don't want to walk, we catch the free Town Trolley across the street and it takes us around Breckenridge or any other Summit County community. This location gives our kids the ability to explore on their own and Mom and Dad peace of mind.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

We like to visit our unit several times a year so we recently remodeled it with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped because we love to cook. The gas fireplace keeps us warm while we watch a movie in surround sound on the flat screen TV. When our bones are aching from skiing or hiking we soothe them with the steam shower. This is truly our home away from home!

 

Owner's Map of Park Place

My husband and I purchased this property because we feel Park Place in Breckenridge is the perfect spot to relax and take our young teens. Our girls walk across the street to wander around downtown Breckenridge or walk two blocks to catch the lift. If they just want to chill with their computer or iPod they curl up on the couch by the fireplace. Mom and Dad can enjoy their favorite libation on the balcony listening to music from the RiverWalk amphitheater or join the kids in the adventure of the day. It is a stress free vacation for us with this awesome location.
