Save on gas by parking your car in the covered parking and never getting in your car again as it is only two blocks (800 feet) from "Snowflake lift" and steps away from the free shuttle which takes you around town and other Summit County destinations including ski resorts. From this location you can ski home for lunch or at the end of the day for a soak in the hot tub by skiing down Four O'Clock ski run. After a great day on the slopes the condo is an easy one block walk to the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find shopping, food, or libation and then back to your warm unit to play games, watch a video from the library or just relax by the fireplace. We provide a free parking pass.
Is summer your thing? We are mere steps away from the gateway to your summer adventures which could include fishing, golfing, hiking, rock climbing, horseback riding, bicycling, attending art festivals or listening to music. All you have to do is walk across the street to visit the Breckenridge Welcome Center to get access to this information or sit down and listen to music at the Riverwalk Center amphitheatre where most of Breck's Music Festival events take place. The Riverwalk Center's amphitheatre is the focal point for summer activities. The town's free shuttle across the street will take you anywhere in Breckenridge so you can start your summer getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Park Place
We chose Park Place because of it's location. It is seconds (by walking)from everything Breckenridge has to offer. We never have to worry about finding a place to park the car. If we don't want to walk, we catch the free Town Trolley across the street and it takes us around Breckenridge or other Summit County destinations. This location gives our kids the ability to explore on their own and Mom and Dad peace of mind.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We like to visit our unit several times a year so we recently remodeled it with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped because we love to cook. The gas fireplace keeps us warm while we watch a movie in surround sound on the flat screen TV. When our bones are aching from skiing or hiking we soothe them with the steam shower. This is truly our home away from home!
Owner's Map of Park Place
My husband and I purchased this property because we feel Park Place in Breckenridge is the perfect spot to relax and take our young teens. Our girls walk across the street to wander around downtown Breckenridge or walk two blocks to catch the lift. If they just want to chill with their computer or iPod they curl up on the couch by the fireplace. Mom and Dad can enjoy their favorite libation on the balcony listening to music from the RiverWalk amphitheater or join the kids in the adventure of the day. It is a stress free vacation for us with this awesome location.

Spent a week in the condo and it was just as advertised. My kids felt so "at home" that they wanted to "eat in" and relax after skiing rather than go out for dinner. Would highly recommend. The steam shower is a great addition and the gas fireplace keeps the place toasty warm.

This property was the perfect place to stay for our 4 week ski training camp in Breckenridge. We were able to walk to town and to the Snowflake chair lift. The steam shower was awesome after long training days as were the hot tubs. The owners were wonderful to deal with and we thank them very much for letting us rent their beautiful home for a month!! We hope to stay there again next year!

The condo was very comfortable and included all the conveniences you'd expect. Ideal Breckenridge location...short distance to great dining/shopping, bike trails and the gondola that takes you to Peak 8 (alpine slide, super sky trampoline, mini golf...great fun for the entire family)! With the condo, you have access to a nice pool/hot tub. Or, the Breckenridge Recreation Center is nearby and offers a wonderful indoor pool, rock climbing wall, tennis courts, etc. The owners were extremely accommodating and have created a cozy home that is the perfect place to unwind at the end of a busy day. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. We hope to visit again during ski season!

We had a great time! The condo looked exactly like the pictures displayed, very neat and cozy. We found the information given in the condo very useful, like things to do, and where to eat. We would definetly stay here again! The condo was easy to get too and we experienced no problems!

This property was exactly what we wanted. Everything was exactly as advertised, and we had everything we needed for our five-night stay. The condo was a short walking distance to all of the wonderful restaurants - try the Briar Rose for excellent steaks or Rita's Margs and Taco Bar for great late night tacos - and everything else downtown. The condo was quiet while we were there, and everything about the condo seemed tailored for comfort. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to relax.
