Beautiful custom home in Seacrest Beach. Home was designed and built by a longtime yacht captain to capture the nautical seafaring heritage of the area.
Located adjacent to Rosemary Beaches dining and shopping opportunities and a short walk or tram service to the gulf beach of magnificent lagoon pool. Charter fishing trips are available to guest a discounted rates. Bicycle and kayak rents are also available.
Ideally situated a short 20 min. drive from either Panama City Beach, with the new Pier Park shopping and entertainment area, or Destin. We have everything here to make your beach vacation the perfect vacation.

The property was OK, but it was on the market, and a lot of the living area furniture had been removed. The owner was very cooperative and nice.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

We were truly lucky to be able to spend our vacation in this home. It is not a vacation rental like most ... there is something very special about this house and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We highly recommend this house to other families. We had a wonderful vacation and what a fantastic owner Harry is to work with. The location is convenient to the pool and a short walk to the beach. We walked or road our bikes regularly to Rosemary to eat, play in the grassy areas, and listened to live music (it is also very close to Alys Beach). You have the convenience of shops and restaurants at the entrance of the development as well. We look forward to our next visit ! We left here with many happy memories!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Wonderful house, spaciaous, clean and private. Easy walk to everything, shops, resturants and of course the beach. Great owner to work with would stay there again for our next trip!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
